Website was beautifully presented and easy to use.
The check out experience was exceptional.

It took a long time for me to receive the 2 dresses. they came from Asia which I did not know. I did not like the material used but the fit was fine, true to size. It was hard to get a return slip, with a 10% restocking fee plus full return shipping fees. I am not happy right now. I hope I can write a better review once I get the return slip and the actual refund.

The dress I ordered is reasonably priced. Unfortunately, I inadvertently ordered 2 dresses of the same style and it appears that I cannot cancel the 2nd one.

Just received my sweater today that they listed as a jacket. Material is horrible and I just seen we have to return it back to Asia and pay a 15% restock fee. Also lie about the reviews on their website STAY AWAY false advertisement this make me not want to purchase items online

Quality sucks & “30-day return policy” is misleading - terrible return options. You have to mail it back to ASIA (expensive) AND $20 restocking fee. Their website is totally misleading. BEWARE!!!

The clothing item was poorly made, had no brand name tag, no size tag, no fabric tag. No paper work inside shipping bag. Margaret Robinson is a shell of a company. Sketchy. I should have known better. The top was cheap so I won’t bother pursuing this other than to make online shopper aware.

My order came early than expected, this blouse has quickly become one of my favorites. It is stylish yet comfortable and the embroidery adds a unique touch that makes it stand out. I’ve already worn it several times and each time I’ve received compliments which makes me love it even more.

Do not expect to be able to return anything. By mistake at the end of my purchase I selected a discount offer not realizing it was another purchase for the same item. I IMMEDIATELY attempted to cancel but that did not happen. Multiple e mails after where I was told I would be credited I received 2 pairs of the same item. Now being told the order could not be cancelled once it was placed. Very poor customer service. I am stuck with a charge for two pairs of the same shoes.

After looking at 100s of dresses on Amazon for an upcoming wedding, I finally found the perfect style and color at the Margaret Robinson website! The website was easy to use and I was able to quickly place my order. Now I can't wait for my dresses to arrive!

Takes weeks for products to arrive. Must pay a heavy restocking fee AND pay for shipping to Asia if you want to return the items. Absolutely avoid this website and their products. Not worth it.

I've never ordered from this website before but I am impressed with how easy their website was to use! I found their inventory of sizes impressive. I was looking for a specific pair of sandals and found them immediately!
