Poor quality for the price

The bag is amazing my son loved it & of course it’s buffalo leather 🫶🏻

Love the leather sling pack. It’s the perfect size. Holds all my travel stuff and is ideal for my iPad mini and cables.

The strap is a bit of a problem. Tends to slip down. Won’t hold a position. Possibly a leather strap with a stouter buckle would work better. I currently have the strap tied in a knot at the length I want. Consider a snap connector at both ends with a d ring at the top.

Paid $230 for a bag to be packed in a plastic envelope and sent on its way. It was damaged when it arrived. However they did give me my full refund and provided a return shipping label. Packaging should be alot better with the price of product.

The company under promised and over produced. They stated it would be delivered on a Monday, however, I received it the Friday before it was supposed to be here. I purchased the 18" briefcase and I use a legal size clipboard and legal folders in my real estate appraisal business. There is plenty of room for all my equipment, laser measurer, camera, orders, inspection sheets, extra batteries, etc. I still have room left to spare. I am very happy with the briefcase and I will carry it when I testify in court as an expert witness. This briefcase rivals even attorney's briefcases. Chuck Martin Cleveland, TN

I had an issue with the strap and buckles on my leather briefcase and rather than fix it, they sent me a new one. The briefcase was also out of warranty and they still honored it. Very good customer service and communication throughout. I'm very happy with my new case.

Ordered and received my Large Full Grain Leather Laptop Briefcase in vintage Oak. The quality of the leather. The quality of the stitching. The smell of the leather. This bag exuded quality from the first time I saw it. Now, about 4 weeks in and I love this bag.

Roomy enough for working between 3 different offices. I am able to bring ALL of my needed files, information, books, laptop, tablet, chargers - everything fits and is organized so well.

This bag is so roomy and easily organized, it makes working from 3 different office spaces in 3 different towns easy to navigate and manage.

I believe this bag will last my lifetime...which is unfortunate, because I think that I would like to have the Leather Business Travel Briefcase, as well...and now will have a hard time justifying the purchase of it!

Tremendous customer service

Absolutely LOVE the Artisan Buffalo Leather Duffel! I gave this to my husband as a gift, and strangers are stopping him in the airport to compliment him on it. The leather is very durably and the quality is top notch. The dual straps meet in the middle to give great structure and support while carrying it. The separate compartments make travel organized and convenient. Lastly, I was incredibly impressed with the customer service. It can be daunting to order something online from an independent company, but I received immediate attention and consistent follow up with my questions. HUGE thank you to the James Leather team!
