When I started my subscription, the website didn't locked finished and Wanted to cancel but there wasn't an option to cancel. The billing plan read that it was month to month. Since there was no cancellation option I assumed this meant that was it and it was an one time payment.
Now 2 months later I see there were 2 more withdraws from my account. So I got back to the website and once again I tried to cancel, now there was an option. Tried to go to some sort of customer support for more help because I want the 2 months worth of money back, to see that there also is no customer service. Total scam, I want my money back but there is no one to talk to.

As a content creator, I am checking out new sites often that can assist in making work easier.

Fancycaptions.com offers subtitles to be added to your content, but a lot of information is hidden until you made an account.

You need to register, then you get the free version - which has low quality downloads that will have a watermark. - but the downloads keep failing, forcing you essentially to try a paid alternative on their site.

Fair enough. Opted out not to go for the paid alternative but wanted to delete my account.

There is no delete option ANYWHERE. There is no contact email ANYWHERE.

Best to avoid this one.
