Worst proxy service ever used. The cheap Price has a reason.
Every proxy I used with this Company got deteced by multiple sites 1 in 100 is a good proxy that works. Dont pick them.

I purchased their "Virgin Static Residential" proxies, which are explicitly advertised on their website as having a "0 Fraud score guaranteed: fraud score checked on Scamalytics." But the service I received was incredibly disappointing and felt like a complete bait-and-switch.

Before buying, I tested a 30 minute trial proxy and was blown away by the quality. Customer support assured me that the paid "private" virgin proxies would be of even higher quality. The reality was the exact opposite. All the proxies I received were from the exact same /24 subnet (an immediate red flag) and scored an 11 on Scamalytics.

When I reached out to support for a replacement or a refund, they initially refused. They tried to claim the proxies had a 0 fraud score on IPQualityScore (which was true) completely ignoring their own website's guarantee regarding Scamalytics. Prior to my purchase, another agent told me that proxy rotation was possible as a "one-time exception" if issues occurred, yet they refused to honor this policy when I actually needed it.

After repeatedly asking to speak with a supervisor, I was finally transferred to a different agent. While they did eventually process my refund, the agent told me to never use their service again, stating that if I didn't like this batch, I wouldn't like what I got next time either.

Buyer beware: the trial quality does not match the paid product, their advertised guarantees are ignored, and the customer service is dismissive.

P.S: After I asked if I was talking to a human or AI, the agent replied with "No, and you?"... No comment.

We’ve been working with social-media accounts for years, which means we need a large amount of monthly data and reliable proxies. We were therefore looking for a backup provider and eventually came across Evomi.

The first thing that caught our attention was the slogan “Proxies made in Switzerland.” Honestly, that already sounded a little odd. Swiss cheese? Absolutely. Swiss proxies? Somehow less convincing. Are the cows running Wi-Fi routers now?

Still, we decided to give the service a chance and purchased the trial. Calling it a “trial” is generous, though. You only get 100 MB, which is nowhere near enough to properly evaluate a proxy network. The limited credit can be consumed within hours, while your credit card is already on file and ready to be charged.

Our experience with support didn’t improve things. We asked several specific questions before committing to the service, but the answers were either vague, incomplete, or simply avoided the actual questions. The general impression was basically: “We won’t answer that, but trust us — we’re great, so just subscribe.”

Having worked with numerous proxy providers over the years, we know what we need to test. Even with the tiny 100 MB allowance, we were able to run some basic tests.

For several Tier-1 countries, we created 1,000 hard sessions per country, where the expectation is that the same IP should be retained for as long as possible. Support had previously told us that these locations had “tens of thousands of IPs online.”

The results were extremely disappointing. Across our tests, approximately 94.2% of the returned IPs were duplicates, leaving only around 5.8% genuinely unique IPs. Based on these results, the actual usable pool appears dramatically smaller than the numbers suggested by support.

Even worse, many of the IPs we received were already heavily blacklisted by well-known services. For anyone operating social-media accounts, this is a serious problem. Repeated IPs and poor-quality/blacklisted addresses can quickly trigger verification systems, restrictions, or even account bans — potentially causing significant financial damage.

Then there’s the pricing.

The service is advertised at around $0.49/GB, with the 100 GB plan costing $49.99 per month. At first glance, that sounds competitive. The problem is that various additional features come with substantial extra charges. Things such as ISP/ASN targeting, DNS resolution through the proxy, and other functionality that competing providers often include in their standard pricing can increase the effective cost dramatically.

In some cases, the additional charges can reportedly push the effective price to many times the advertised base rate — potentially up to 15×. A plan advertised at roughly $50/month could therefore become something closer to $750/month, depending on the features and usage involved.

That pricing model feels a bit like walking into a restaurant because the menu outside looks incredibly cheap, only to discover after sitting down that the chair, table, cutlery, and even the waiter each come with a separate surcharge.

Overall, our experience was extremely disappointing. The combination of the tiny trial allowance, poor support experience, questionable IP quality, duplicate IPs, blacklisted addresses, and the potentially massive difference between the advertised base price and the actual cost makes Evomi a service we would not recommend.

Hopefully this review saves someone else the time, money, and frustration that we experienced.

I made the wrong order and they were happy to make it right for me with no fuss. Didn't end up using the service but good customer service none the less.

The time it gave me for a trial wasn’t the length it told me it would allow me to use the vpn for to her than that it’s pretty good just don’t appreciate the lie

I have been using Evomi for months and have spent close to $1,000 on their proxies while running a large marketing operation and managing many Instagram accounts.

Unfortunately, the quality has become extremely unreliable. For the past week, I have been dealing with very slow SOCKS5 proxies, connection errors, and proxies that are constantly being detected or blocked. Because of this, more than 50 of my Instagram accounts have been shadow banned, restricted, or lost, which caused serious damage to my business.

When I contacted support, I expected a proper investigation or a real solution. Instead, I was told that some peers may be slow, that the pool is shared, that they block abusive users but cannot control everything, and that they cannot guarantee anything for my use case. Their suggestion was basically to try another product or wait several days for new peers to connect.

For a company selling proxies, this is not an acceptable answer when a customer is spending serious money and losing business because of proxy quality. I understand that no provider can guarantee perfection, but Evomi’s support made it clear that they cannot provide a stable or reliable solution for my needs.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Evomi for anyone managing Instagram accounts, running marketing operations, or depending on proxies for business-critical work. The risk is too high, and when something goes wrong, the support does not take real responsibility.

they say free trial , they dont tell you for how long , they dont honor the data in the free trial and they try to charge you next day.

I had a very frustrating experience with this company.

Before signing up, the website appeared to show IR as a supported location. Based on that, I spent time creating my account, setting things up, and trying to configure the service. However, after going through the setup and troubleshooting process, support informed me that there were currently no active peers available for that location.

From a user’s perspective, this was very disappointing. If a location is listed as supported but cannot actually be used at the moment, I believe that should be clearly stated before a customer signs up.

The main issues I experienced were:

* The limitation was not clearly shown on the website
* The service appeared to be available until late in the setup process
* The chatbot responses felt repetitive and did not solve the issue
* Escalation to a human support agent took longer than expected
* I did not receive clear confirmation regarding subscription cancellation and data deletion

I understand that availability may depend on active peers, but this should be communicated much more transparently. Saying that a location is supported while there are no active peers available makes the service effectively unusable for that location.

Overall, my experience was disappointing and time-consuming. I hope the company improves how it displays real-time location availability and provides clearer support communication for users before they go through the full setup process.

The time it takes you to cancel your subscription because they take you to another page and another page and force you to login is the same time that I used to write this review because that's a shame. Stop being disrespectful to people's time if they don't want to use your service.

It is completely unusable. I purchased a 30GB data center proxy package; the description claimed unlimited threads, but it doesn't work at all.

Their Static Ip's are non-refundable and they don't let you chose which series you want also they don't let you change ip's after purchasing it....Worst policy ever...They are the worst I believe they should face consequence's.

Bad proxy site. I bought a mobile plan only to find out that most it wouldn't even load something, their proxies are mad slow. In addition to that, the most important part is that most of their proxies are dead, and only 2/10 can work if you are lucky.
And still not ending there, most if not all of their mobile IPs are just data center

I purchased their "Static Residential (ISP) proxies" because they were advertised as ISP-grade connections. However, upon testing, the IPs are immediately flagged as DCH (Datacenter/Hosting).
When I raised this with support, they refused a refund, citing their "Non-Refundable" policy. Their defense was that because these are shared IPs, they cannot guarantee the reputation and that I should upgrade to their much more expensive "Virgin IPs" if I want actual Cable/DSL profiles.
My issue isn't the price, but the misleading description. If a product is marketed as "ISP," it should provide a residential ASN profile. Selling DCH-flagged proxies under an "ISP" label is deceptive, as they fail to function for their advertised purpose.
Customer service was unwilling to offer a refund or a replacement despite the technical discrepancy. If you need genuine residential/ISP proxies that won't be instantly blocked, I suggest looking elsewhere.
