5 star experience
This was my first time of any professional facial cleanse. On arrival I was treated with so much professionalism and care. Sandra did my facial analysis. I already knew my skin was poor, decades of neglect from working and parenting. My face felt simply amazing afterwards, never felt so vibrant and clean. it was clear that the treatment was taking a complete effect on my skin and a few hours later the treatment was becoming uncomfortable. I went back to Sandra and she immediately contacted Shai, cosmetic nurse and followed his recommendations which took the heat off. Shai saw me the next morning as we were staying at Crown. My skin took to the active ingredients which was a very positive sign and my face was so much calmer. His care and professionalism were top standard. My skin will need time to rebuild after decades of neglect. I cannot wait to continue using their products and see them again in October. I have spent thousands of brand products that only work on the surface of my skin. Spending on products that go deep down is an investment. Botox will never be for me. Thank you so much Sandra and Shai. I genuinely appreciate your care and attention to even the small details. See you in October.

Treatment was overrated and performed…
Treatment was overrated and performed by sales people not qualified technicians. Skin test was totally bogus using a graphic filter to show blocked pores. After the treatment (which involves an amateur style cleansing) I should have asked for that blocked-pore image to be re done. Moving a UV red wand around also seems to do very little. After the 'treatment' trying to sell super overpriced skin care is really the whole reason why you are there. If you're willing to part $600 for a little jar of something that is completely up to you, it's 'no thanks' for me.

I’ve booked for their advertised…
I’ve booked for their advertised discounted facelift. All they did was sales pitch their product that cost not less than $400/product. I did not even receive the treatment I initially booked. Waste of time and money. They are VERY MUCH friendly so to build trust and make you feel welcome.

I wanted to update my original review after my recent experience. The customer service I received from Tony, the Regional Manager, was outstanding. He took the time to listen to my concerns, followed up promptly, and genuinely cared about making things right. His professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction completely changed my impression.

As an Asian lady that used to get treatment in Korea I didn’t know what to expect but I felt very spoiled and very welcome from the first moment I walked in and it made me feel very safe and happy.
I got champagne and water and felt really spoiled it was lovely
Regarding the treatment itself, my skin is feels more firm, glowing and hydrated. I like the hot mask and eye machine. I chose to take it home.

Not worth it
I recently tried the LED Face Treatment with the Healing Mask Booster and Jawline Lift Booster. The ad says the first treatment takes around 45 minutes, but even with the two add-ons, the actual treatment lasted less than 30 minutes. The rest of the appointment was spent on consultation, paperwork, and signing up.
The treatment involved applying skincare products, using a facial sculpting tool, and a few minutes of LED light therapy. As this was my first professional facial treatment, I expected a bit more, especially for over 230 $
After the treatment, they recommended buying one of their three skincare products, which cost over 1200$
While I understand quality skincare comes at a cost, I wasn't comfortable spending that much without knowing if the products would work for my skin.
The staff were friendly, and this may be how these treatments are typically done, but I didn't feel the experience justified the price. I wouldn't recommend it unless you're also prepared to invest in the recommended skincare products.
