Exceptional Service from Start to Finish
I submitted an online form on a Sunday afternoon expecting to wait until Monday or later for a response. Instead, I got a call within seconds from Sahar, who was warm, professional, and had me booked for a Monday appointment before I even expected anyone to pick up the phone.
Before the technician arrived, I got a text with his photo and a precise arrival window -- Jim showed up exactly when expected. He was knowledgeable, patient with all my questions (I had plenty -- I was replacing both my furnace and AC), walked me through a package that made sense for my home, explained the next steps clearly, and even helped me understand the federal rebates available. Not once did I feel rushed or oversold.
Their responsiveness, transparency, and professionalism from first contact to in-home visit was genuinely impressive. In an industry where follow-up and communication are usually the weak points, Affordable Comfort stands out. I would not hesitate to recommend them.
