I LOVE my Boxo tools and have never had any issues with them. In fact, the customer service has been amazing and the quality top notch. I have since replaced all my hand tools with Boxo USA products and love them!!! The fitted foam by itself is worth investing in!!!!!

This is my first time trying anything from boxo and it Is very nice and good Quality. I only wish more of there tools sets where offered in SAE, funny how it’s a proud American made tool company but they don’t sell some things in American sizes…..

The shipment took a bit too long
The shipment took a bit too long, I had to pay extra duty on it- $150- and then I didn't get the colour of trim I expected.

The 1/4 ratchet I have yet to get
Still haven't received the replacement 1/4 ratchet. Never got to use the original one either because it was broke out the box. Then Boxo couldn't give me the same one I just got from them. Not a good start to trying out a new brand of tool for me.

Good quality tools, but…..
Good quality tools. Not top line but adequate for 95% of most users. Biggest issue is they will sell you items they don’t have. I ordered multiple tools for several thousand dollars in early March. Finally got ordered completed this week. Foam trays are nice, well thought out
