Yo everyone
Yo everyone. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about using this site: it's a straight-up scam.
Deposited peanuts, two separate deposits of around $40–50 each. The first time, they actually let me buy skins. The second time, they suddenly demanded receipts and a video of my online banking account. I provided everything, BUT!!!
The butthurt supp agent immediately started demanding PDF receipts. Sent those too, but apparently those weren't good enough for His Majesty either. The video of my online banking wasn't good enough as well. He said it had to be recorded on a mobile phone, not through a browser. LMAO )))
And then he got even more butthurt and banned me from the chat for 3 days.
So, if you're looking to throw your money away and donate it to some backwater scammers, Avan Market is the place for you!

The receipts and video you were asked for aren't a personal whim from support — they're part of a standard anti-fraud check. We take the safety of our honest, long-term users very seriously, and that's exactly why these checks exist. They're designed to weed out stolen cards, fake accounts, and people trying to game the system.
We have specific conditions for this verification, and what you provided didn't meet them. Support explained that to you, but instead of finishing the check, the conversation turned into personal insults, including towards family. That kind of behavior is a red flag on its own, and it's exactly the sort of thing our security measures are meant to catch. That's why the chat was paused.
We can't publicly share the exact conditions of the check because bad actors could use that to prepare fake documents or steal data from someone else. But it's in our terms of service: users are required to provide the requested verification data.
If you still want to complete the check properly, message support and we'll walk you through it.

All payout timelines and conditions are set out in the service's terms and conditions, and it explicitly states that the crediting time depends not only on us, but also on the payment system, the bank, and the region. There are factors we physically cannot influence: PayPal, for example, may delay a transfer on weekends, European banks process transactions according to their own internal regulations, and in some regions payouts go through P2P mechanisms that fundamentally cannot work at the speed of SBP. We cannot speed up someone else's banking infrastructure, and that is not our zone of control.
That said, for those who want speed, we do have instant payouts with a growing limit — currently up to $1000. The more you sell, the higher your limit goes. So if waiting isn't your thing, that's the way to go.
If you accepted the terms and conditions during registration, you agreed to these conditions. If you believe the timelines were violated on our side and not by the payment system, write to support with the transaction ID, and we will look into it.

We're sorry it turned out this way — we get that it's frustrating, especially when money is involved. But here's the thing: we sent the transaction where you told us to, and WhiteBit didn't accept it — that's on their side and their rules about supported networks. Unfortunately, once the transaction is sent, it's out of our hands and depends on the receiving side. No scam here — we did our part. Next time, we'd recommend checking the networks in advance and sending a test amount first to avoid situations like this.

This Scammer's website redirects your money to a fictitious "wallet" when it's time to pay out, and they take no further responsibility, claiming someone else changed it for you. There's no explanation, no facts, no skin, no money! Sell on any other website, but not here!!!

That sounds rough, but honestly, it doesn't match how we operate. Are you sure you were on the real site? There are phishing copies floating around that look exactly like ours — they're designed to steal payout details. If you were on the real avan.market and something went wrong, support would have helped you on the spot. Did you try reaching out? We're pretty fast with replies and usually sort things out within minutes. If it was a fake site, though — there's nothing we could do, because we never even saw that transaction. For next time: check the domain and ping us if anything feels off. We're always around
