We’ve had a wonderful experience with Ms. Sudeshna from Cuemath. She has been teaching my son, Ishank, for the past year, and we couldn’t be happier with his progress. She is extremely patient, encouraging, and makes learning math fun and engaging.

Ishank has learned so much in a relatively short time, and we’ve seen a noticeable improvement in both his understanding and confidence. Ms. Sudeshna does a fantastic job of adapting to his learning pace and keeping him interested throughout the lessons.

We are very grateful for her dedication and teaching, and we definitely plan to continue with her long term. Highly recommend Ms. Sudeshna to any parent looking for a caring and excellent math teacher

Extremely disappointed with the service from cuemath

We enrolled both our children together for once a week and midway through the session the class schedule was changed from once a week to twice a week without any prior discussion or consent from us!

As a result one of our children missed all the additional classes because they clashed with other classes and prior commitments

Thankfully our other child had a very accommodating and supportive teacher who understood our situation and helped maintain the once a week schedule so the classes could continue. Jyoti Gupta is very good unfortunately noone else has ever helped us!

What has been even more frustrating is the customer service experience There is no option to directly call customer care and despite requesting a callback multiple times we never received one

The entire experience has been extremely inconvenient and not customer friendly at all

Based on our experience I would not recommend cuemath!! Do not waste your money until they improve their communication scheduling and customer support

The tutor is very receptive, subject to changes as per our requirements, communicates well and is very punctual. She made my kid’s interest in math upgraded from 1 to 10 and I am glad to have her as my kid’s math tutor

Her teaching is truly next level—she quickly identifies where a child is lacking and provides customized explanations so the concept becomes clear. Whether preparing Sarvik for Olympiad or school exams, I only needed to notify her of exam dates and syllabus; she took complete responsibility for his preparation.From the time I enrolled Sarvik in Cuemath, I stopped checking on his Math progress because I had full trust that Poonam Ma’am would take care of everything.
