Vente forcée d'assurances : Refus des assurances externes souscrites en ligne et obligation perçue de souscrire leur propre couverture (souvent au double du prix initial). tu considères de vol Caution et cartes carte de débit accepté partout chez eux ils acceptent pas, ils acceptent que des cartes Credit ou les gens ils sont endettés, je comprends pas cette entreprise, c’est de la grosse arnaqueConditions strictes sur les types de cartes bancaires acceptées pour le dépôt ,Si vous prévoyez de louer chez eux, souhaitez-vous des conseils pour éviter les frais cachés ou préférez-vous que je vous liste des loueurs mieux notés à l'aéroport de Porto ? Pour moi, et pour toutes mes connaissances, j’ai pas mal de connaissances, c’est la première et la dernière fois.

Regarding your feedback, we would like to clarify that it is important for all customers to carefully review their booking voucher and all the conditions applicable to the vehicle pick-up. This information is provided in advance precisely to allow customers to be fully informed and avoid any unexpected issues at the counter.
As stated on your voucher, for deposit purposes, it is mandatory to present a valid physical Visa or Mastercard credit card in the main driver's name. Debit cards are not accepted for the security deposit. This requirement is clearly indicated in the booking information so that customers can verify in advance that they meet the necessary conditions before arriving at the office.
It is also stated on the voucher that when insurance is purchased through an intermediary, such insurance does not replace the deposit required by Klass Wagen. In such cases, the applicable deposit must be blocked on the driver's credit card, and the deposit amount is also provided in advance on the booking voucher.
We understand that these requirements may differ from those of other rental companies. However, the fact that a particular card is accepted by other companies or establishments does not necessarily mean that it must be accepted by every service provider. Each company may establish its own requirements regarding payment methods and security deposits.
