Soucis résolu avec brio
J'ai eu un soucis avec mes livreurs et le service après-vente et plus précisément une dénommée Phoebe a résolu le problème :) très heureuse d'avoir eu un humain et non une IA pour m'aider. Elle a en plus été très efficace, merci !
Les produits que j'ai reçu sont parfait, je suis très contente de mon achat !
