17 avril 2026 envoi annulé par Remitly puis renvoyé vers notre compte bancaire. Notre banque a bloqué leur virement entrant et leur a renvoyé directement.
Nous sommes le 2 juillet et Rémitly refuse toujours de me renvoyer l'argent malgré de nombreuses heures de discussions sur leur chat et plusieurs mails restés sans réponse !!!
Le pire c'est qu'ils confirment que l'argent est en leur possession mais inventent un soit disant service interne qui doit me recontacter... MAIS AUCUN RETOUR !! 3 MOIS QUE CELA DURE !!
C'est un scandale !!! FUYEZ !!
