much of the same experience that everybody else is having they will nickel and dime you for every possible add-on. They want to charge $60 for the driver to call you when they arrive on premises. There are much better services out there that care about customer service I would highly recommend finding somebody else to move your freight with. this experience was with the Miami office and the Los Angeles office so much better services out there with better customer service. It seems like they are not interested in repeat business.

Such awful customer support. The agents are very friendly, but they can never solve any problems for you.
I have been with them for 6 years, and I regret being "stuck"; that is their business model. I truly regret building my business with them. They make a killing off my fees and me buying shipping on the platform, but do 0 to help when I need them. Super-friendly agents who suck at customer service.
