Slow to refund
**UPDATED** even worse than I thought. Took them from 4th May until 19th May to process or do anything with the return…then I get a CREDIT NOTE when I specifically opted for a REFUND! Worst customer service in a long time!!
Slow to refund.
Didn’t leave a review the first time, but I was in hospital so couldn’t return waterproof items which didn’t fit (way bigger than a normal large)
This time. No acknowledgment of receiving items, no telephone number for customer service.
Cheap stuff, but if you have an issue…you’re on your own
