Wonderful fit, beautiful leather, attentive customer service, prompt delivery. I’ve worn them every day since I got them. My feet feel great.

Do you walk or drive? I live in SF and walk. My VibaE Lisboa ($293 with tax) lasted 3 months with daily walking.

The stitching runs exposed around the perimeter, so that part on the toes grated as I walked, particularly on hills, and the stitching wore away and the front opened up.

VibaE went to replace them immediately but then lost my order, then ran out of my color. Two months passed before my replacement shoes arrived, in Aug.

It’s now 3 Nov and the stitching is about to wear away, again. VibaE refunded me $54, insisting it was me.

If you walk daily, and have $300 to spend on shoes that last 3 months (6 with a replacement) have at it! Otherwise, be warned.

Delivery was timely. Shoes fit perfectly and quality is incredible. I will be buying more.

Yes, their shoes may be a little bit pricey...but the shoes/slippers/slip-ons are of an excellent quality.
I'm hesitant to say that I have two pairs of their Roma leather sandals, Cognac Brown and Fawn Tawn. And the fact that they are available in a true size 48 was a deciding factor.
I purchased the two pairs over a year ago and just now have purchased another pair, the Roma Bio Suede Bosco Khaki.

No sign of serious wear in the first two pairs. I reckon they'll last a while.

Har købt et par Vibae i ruskind. De er smukke og komfortable, men kvaliteten hænger desværre ikke sammen med prisen. Der er allerede gået hul på den ene efter 3 mdr og jeg har endda haft 3 par, plus mine andre sko jeg har skiftet imellem. For dyre ift kvalitet, desværre. For smukke er de og var glad for dem, de 10 gange jeg brugte dem.

Super chaussures mais marque qui n’est pas sérieuse. J’ai passé commande avec un code promo qui est apparu dans un pop up. La commande a été validé et encaissé. Deux jours après dans le suivi je vois qu’elle a été annulé et que j’ai été remboursée. J’ai du faire une réclamation pour savoir ce qu’il en était.
La marque m’apprends que le code utilisé était une erreur de leur site et qu’ils avaient le droit d’annuler la commande.
Aucun geste commercial n’a été fait
Je ne commanderais plus cette marque (j’ai une paire et c’est suffisant au vue de la démarche commerciale

Jag beställde ett par skor med en rabattkod på 50%. Köpet gick igenom och de tog betalt men sen kom det ett mail att koden inte gällde! Om koden inte gäller ska den heller inte gå att använda.

I paid €195 for a pair of VIBAe Zuma shoes, expecting quality that would justify the premium price. The shoes had only been tried on briefly. As they were sealed for tax-free export, I could only inspect them properly after returning to Taiwan. Upon opening the packaging and carefully inspecting them, I discovered loose heel stitching and leather edges coming unglued on both sides.

When I contacted VIBAe on 23 September and provided photos, I was told that the shoes looked “completely normal” and that the issue was “mainly cosmetic.” I was even advised to glue the shoes myself or take them to a cobbler, and offered a 20% discount on a future purchase.

I find this response unacceptable for a €195 pair of new shoes. Handmade craftsmanship should not be used to dismiss visible defects or shift the burden of repair onto the customer.

After following VIBAe’s advice to contact the retailer, I repeatedly followed up but received no resolution. I emailed VIBAe again on 14 October with clearer photos, explained the lack of response from STOCKMANN, and asked for help arranging a return and full refund. As of 19 October, I have received no reply from VIBAe either.

I originally chose VIBAe because I wanted to support FINNISH design. After this experience, and having read other customers’ negative reviews on TRUSTPILOT, I regret my purchase even more.

This experience has seriously damaged my trust in the brand—not only because of the workmanship, but also because of the lack of follow-up and accountability. At €195, I expected much better quality and customer service.

Ireally wish i had read the trustpilot reviews before buying a £340 pair of boots. I ordered them a week ago. The money has left my account and since then I’ve received loads of junk email about caring for my boots, getting ‘vibes’ / points for future orders, but absolutely no information about shipping dates. I enquired and got an AI response telling me the boots are in production and they dont know when they will be shipped?!! That is appalling customer service.

VIBA e Helsinki sind Schuhe, die nicht für draußen geeignet sind. Das Leder ist hyperempfindlich. Wenn die einmal nass werden, bekommen die dunkle Flecken, die nie wieder weg gehen. Schade, da es ein sehr bequemer und schöner Schuh ist🤷🏻‍♂️

Amazing right out of the box.

I love the loafers. I have really bad feet: bunions, an encapsulated joint in my toe and severe arthritis. Shoes are difficult for me to wear comfortably and I cannot go barefoot.... Even sneakers only are good for a short while.
I bought the loafers and they are amazingly comfortable - even after wearing them for a few hours. YAY! I recommend highly!

I purchased a pair of the Roma slippers at the beginning of August. I relied on their 3-day delivery advertised on the website so that I would receive them in time for a birthday present my wife was paying for. I followed the instructions for sizing on the website and ordered a size 44. I have been a size 44 since I was a teenager and I'm a genuine size 44. Firstly, shipping via UPS took 10 to 15 days, so they arrived late. The shoes are manufactured in Portugal and my shipping address is in Spain! When I tried them on they were much closer to a size 46 then a size 44. Given that they are supposed to fit snugly, this was way off the target. I return them and ordered a size 43. Again, UPS took around two weeks that deliver. When I finally received the size 43 slippers, again they were too large. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I had to return those and order a size 42. I finally received the size 42 on the 9th of October, over 2 months after I had placed my initial order. If anything my feet are wide and my instep is fairly high. The 42's fit well, but are not tight across the top as the website states they should fit.
Plusses of the experience: at least the returns were free.
The slippers are of decent quality. Are they worth the money, I'm not sure 🤷🏽‍♂️
Negatives: 3 day shipping is a fairytale.

I received an email from the CEO (who claims that he reads every incoming email) asking for feedback. I provided it but never received the reply.
Sizing is way, way off. You need to downsize two sizes from what appears on their website.

I bought two pairs of these shoes. One pair of the zumas and they pinched the top of my feet. The other pair were slippers which were delivered in a plastic bag, no box. I will tell you that the leather material is cheap and low quality. These soles will wear out quickly. I know they've spent a lot on advertising highlighting comfort, don't fall for it! These shoes SUCK!

I bought the shearling lined boots for winter. I suffer from bunions and hammertoes so finding a comfy warm pair of shoes is not easy. These boots are great!!! I love them... the quality is great. The leather is soft and supple.

I ordered the ZUMA leather loafers about a month ago, they turned out to be the most comfortable shoes I've worn in many years. People have said that they are a bit pricey, but if they fit well it's worth it, especially with their ergonomic insoles and sturdy construction. I immediately ordered two more pairs, in different colors, one arrived today and I'm very satisfied, as previously. I would give this review 5 stars if it weren't for the erratic shipper (UPS) they use to send from Europe to the US. The first pair was delayed, the second which came today was fast, but the shipper has apparently misrouted or lost the third, so it's MIA until who knows when. The shipper gives contradictory tracking info, and communication in event of a problem is almost impossible, I'm learning this from experience with other sellers besides VIBA. If VIBA would use a more reliable shipper, or else set up a US distribution point for e-commerce use, they could count me in as a repeat customer because so far, the product is really great.

These shoes at first view seem expensive but in my opinion you get what you pay for, it took me a week to make the decision to buy a pair, they arrived and out the box they looked fabulous, it took only 4 days to fit around my feet, I believe this is the best purchase I’ve ever made for footwear.

Incredibly fast delivery: ethical, handmade and exactly what I was hoping for.
