I wanted to let my son know how much I love him and he means to me. His birth was scary there was a blizzard and i was only 7 months pregnant and had to be transferred to a hospital with a NICU. But he survived and when my 96 year old dad was dying my son was there to help him and take care of him. The song they made from stories I told them was amazing. I cried listening to it and now I just have to wait until Christmas to play if for him

Do not waste your money, they ask for a few specifics, then take almost 2 days to make the song , which is ok but then the song you listen to it isn’t and’s doesn’t sound like the person you created it for, because they added topics that aren’t us. So I asked for help , they said they would rewrite the song and it’s been about a week and nothing back from them. A waste of my time and money!!

My sons 37th Birthday. He is suffering with MS and basically is dependent on me, his Mom, his caregiver..he said listening to this song makes him feel invincible. That is such a blessing to be able to make him feel that way in his condition. Than you from the bottom of my heart ❤️

Once you agree to pay the ridiculous amount of 209$ canadian. They have several pop ups to get you to spend more money. I thought the amount I choose to pay included the new upgrade. Instead I find 2 charges on my credit card one for $209.34 and a second charge for $182.28. You can get a cheaper ai created song then 400$ anywhere else. This is practically a scam.

I recently ordered 2 different song for different people. They were great however I was charged for a Spotify upgrade that I never got. I have been trying to get into contact with someone now for almost a week. The second song I ordered I accidentally ordered twice somehow. I have been trying to get into contact with someone to get it refunded as their website states you have 2 hrs after ordering to get a refund so I emailed and it’s been 3 days and I’ve heard nothing. So I am very disappointed because these are not cheap to have made. I followed all the instructions to ensure I could get a refund and its crickets. I also wanted to add something to one of the songs so I emailed about that and nothing… very frustrated and disappointed in the customer service as it seems to be completely non existent. Also when I get the songs everything is in Spanish.
