I received my order today (Saturday) and it was not what I expected. I contacted Zazzle and spoke with Jordan. He was able to help me solve my problem within hours. It resulted in me being able to re-order in time for the surprise gift for my friend. I can't thank him enough.

Quick and easy process. Programs were beautiful. Delivery was fast. Will likely use them again in the future.

The cardstock is sturdy, the printing is clear and sharp and the cover photo beautiful. Delivery was on time.

The cards came in not well package, some envelopes were stained, the invitation weren’t sitting flat.

The site was easy to navigate, and the product was very high-quality. I appreciate the good service.!

The issue that made my experience great was the fact that it was easy to order; additionally, the tracking of my order was excellent. Also, the quality of the product is excellent. I would Zazzle to anyone. I was very pleased.

This is the second time I have placed an order with this company. The first time it took ten business days to arrive. The second time we're now again at ten business days and still it has arrived, there is no customer service. No one will contact me back. This is a fake sight. They are stealing my money. They will not contact me about my order. They will not contact me about anything. They will not refund my money. This is a scam. Hopefully, this gets to the right ears, and someone will finally contact me back

I've been ordering regularly from Zazzle for a few years now for my business needs. Recently there was a blunder where a package arrived late despite paying for expedited shipping. I was afraid that customer support would be a pain in the ass, but I was quickly connected with a real person (Amy) who was able to sort it out super quick. Overall, the quality of the products I order from zazzle are excellent, they usually always arrive on time, and the customer service is exceptional.

I tend to order the same tag a few times a year. I go in to change the date, and the ship, but basically it is the same design. Recently I ordered it and had a rush delivery. Unfortunately there was an issue with my delivery address, and it was delivered the day after I left for the trip. I emailed Zazzle the day that I got back and they fully refunded me.
I'm also a wedding planner, and I recommend Zazzle to every client for all of their printing needs. I've gotten nothing but great feedback about their experiences as well.

Placed and order on 8/21 and the estimated delivery date is 9/14. More than 3 weeks to deliver a product. Not to mention shipping cost $11 for a $54 skate deck. Really ridiculous.

I ordered 3 custom made t-shirts for me and my kids. The look and feel great. Perfect.

Outstanding customer service. Representative in customer service was amazing. Even in her email responses I could feel her kindness, warmth, interest in solving my problem. I also like what I find on the website. Check them out. Zazzle is great.

Ordered a card on 20th of August and paid over $10 for postage and still card didn’t arrive till 1st September. They are based in Canada, I live in Vancouver so what was the delay?

Update……customer service have reached out and reimbursed postage, also explained that though they are based in Canada the cards come from the States, if I had been aware I would have opted for Canadian supplier

The items I ordered are gorgeous. They are beautifully printed and of very high quality. The order arrived quickly. There was a mistake on my invitations (my fault) and Melissa very quickly resolved my issue and my new invitations will be here in a few days. Absolutely a five star experience.
