Slow Customer Service

Ordered incorrect part. Called and got no answer right after ordering during posted business hours. Sent e mail to cancel order. Ordered proper parts. Got an e mail late the next day saying the order could not be cancelled due to the high volume of orders they get. Wrong parts arrived. I sent them back and I am waiting to see how the refund process goes. This feels like a service providing sales to other companies and the Lift Supports Depot storefront is poorly manned for customer support issues. Not sure I will do business with them again.
