My experience I can say I loved the course and have learned a lot. There were lots of challenges when it comes to calling support team though the staff were very helpful if you speak to them.The other thing was the long times in marking and assignment came back several times with no email of full explanation dispute effort put to do the correct which drags the time of course.

I got in touch with Learn Direct because I have decided to change my career. Having spent 43 years in the care industry working with babies right through to palliative care for the elderly in various settings.
I spoke to a lovely lady called Yulia who answered my many questions and made me feel at ease. She was not pushy to get me signed up (unlike some others).
Yulia also listened to what I had to say regarding my reasoning behind a career change. Not judgemental at all. I was in control of my decisions.

The customer service was great. I had Thomas, who explained everything about the course to me and made the enrolment process very simple.

Ethan helped with my application, he was patient and pointed me in the right direction and helped me from start to finish. The customer service was prompt and excellent.

I am utterly appalled by the treatment I received from LearnDirect, specifically from an advisor named Daniel. In all my decades of dealing with various customer service teams, I have never encountered someone so consistently rude and obnoxious. This is not just a one-off issue with a single representative; it's clearly indicative of a larger attitude problem within the company’s culture.When you contact a company like LearnDirect, you expect to be treated with basic respect, especially when you’re asking genuine questions that might lead to a major financial decision of around £2,000. Instead, I was treated like absolute scum. I don’t know how they think they can get away with this kind of behavior, but it’s entirely unacceptable.On top of that, I want to make it really, really clear that if Daniel had been a member of my own contact team—one that I’ve managed for over 25 years—he would be out the door in a matter of seconds. There’s simply no place for that kind of conduct. If the managers or executives at LearnDirect listen back to that conversation or even read the transcript, Daniel should be held fully accountable for how he treated a customer. At 44 I have sadly had a stroke, that although I am able to work, it leaves me with a delay in gathering information quickly. I appreciate, that unless you hear my voice, this is not clear, but the necessity for me to ensure I understand is crucial, so, unfortunately I may as questions more than once for complete clarity. No amount of clarity shold be too much, but on my recap Daniel told me " we are going round in circles" he needs training on potential vulnerabilitie. Hes a vile person

Tom was very helpful, and made the signing up experience really smooth. Couldn't of asked for a more smooth experience.

I requested a call back and got a call within 12hours from Courtney who was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions perfectly.
I signed up to do the canine behaviour course bundle and she talked me through everything to get me up and running.

He provided excellent customer service, made the process smooth and easy to understand, and were always happy to help with any questions. His welcoming and supportive approach made a real difference. Zoe is an asset to the company. She was calm, reassuring and professional. Questions were immediately answered and there was none of this ‘I’ll get back to you’. Knows her stuff and explained everything to me.
