Dunelm Arvostelua 

Dreadful. Evri don’t deliver and Dunelm do not care one jot. Zero customer care. Impossible to get through on phone and try sitting at 185th place on the online chat. They couldn’t give a hoot. Had to chase them for a week to have £165 refunded to my elderly mum. I only managed to get in contact via a well hidden email address I found on a Google search. Pathetic.

The item arrived well packaged to ensure that I received it undamaged.

I can definitely recommend this seller.

Driver left the package on the doorstep. Full view of the street. Completely unacceptable delivery service

I got a cheap tic tok order worth a bt £2 nothing from my over £100 from Dunelm??? Dunelm use inpost who clearly take expensive parcels and swop for a cheap one.....beware dont order if inpost is involved

Avoid if you want to buy something pretty, you may however find something functional.
The staff in the Brent branch are clueless about anything to do with the place where you work.

The suitcase i wanted wasnt on the floor so lady behind the till radio to staff to get from warehouse. Great service as she was trying to jiggle the self service tills and main till.

Products are great. In store pick up in Altrincham is terrible. Staff are talking to each other at the tills and store floor. After 15mins I spproached someone and I felt like I was getting in their conversation about their weekend antics.

I bought sheets and a over the door airer. Both are excellent. Sheets are lovely and soft and well made. The wider is just the right size to hang from a door. Gives a good amount of additional space for drying washing

I felt very let down on this occasion. I ordered cream towels and received ivory, couldn't be bothered to return them so put them in the charity bag. Very disappointed.

Staff friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy

Bought a bed from Dunelm as it's quicker delivery times than what the rest of places I looked online for we're delivering as I needed one fast put the bed together recently seems good so far recommended

Are Dunelm preparing to close their doors?
Cheltenham store, what a terrible demise of what was once a flagship example of Dunelm.
Nobody with any knowledge on the curtain section, the rug department looks like it was ready for the tip. Gaps in the stock, rugs hanging off rails, had to step over rugs on the floor to get around.
Nobody on the checkout., checkout area look like an earthquake zone.
Staff dejected and sounded like they were ready to be fired.
If I had shares in Dunelm I would have sold them by the time I got home.
A great pity.

The paint I ordered,5tins were very well packed in cardboard boxes with secure packaging and the tins wrapped in plastic to make sure no leakage. Excellent

Parcel sent i dont know where but the GPS is not my house or near it. Stuck in a queue for ages to resolve. Don't use.

Nice things to buy but unfortunately the customer service was awful.

I went to the returns desk with my husband to return something, which I understand was not actually eligible for return. That’s fine, these things happen. What really bothered me was the way the sales assistant dealt with it. Instead of simply explaining that I couldn’t return it, she laughed at my husband and I.

It was rude, unnecessary and honestly quite embarrassing. It may have been a small interaction to her, but it genuinely affected me and left a really bad impression.

It doesn’t cost anything to be kind, especially when you’re being paid to deal with customers. A little bit of basic courtesy would have gone a long way.

Waited 2 weeks for delivery of a cot mattress, when it arrived it was obviously the wrong item (a planter) so didn't accept delivery - was told Dunelm will be in touch (which never happened) reached out a few days later to someone via live chat who arranged a replacement there and then (so nothing had been actioned previously) but now have to wait another 2 weeks (so 1 month in total) with no apology and needed myself to reach out to organise it and sit in a live chat queue for 30 minutes.
