For 2 days i have had emails saying my garden Bistro Set coming that day, then today had an email saying Delivery Attempted. THIS IS A LIE, i have been at home looking out for a van for 2 days with a mat holding front door wide open. I am absolutely fuming as needed to go out. Whistle is hopeless, don't even give a Time Slot then lied they came and DID NOT. I want compensation as delivery been 8 days and still not here.

AWFUL company who lie to customers, wait days weeks for collection AVOID COWBOYS

Appalling that you are torturing the residents who live near at astley warehouse with noise and light pollution.

I cant believe you are at astley warehouse, shame on you. All about money, not about the people.

Awful experience with a recent delivery. Delayed by over a week from the intended delivery date only to then be left at a completely wrong address! Submitted feedback to Whistl and was met with useless customer service. Would never use the company again

Absolutely rubbish service middleman ..I could collect it myself than get these morons to attempt anything

In support for the people of Wigan i will never purchase goods from any company that uses this deplorable delivery company to deliver their goods to customers, until they abandon their illegally developed warehouse and it is knocked down.

parcel never arrived tracking incredibly slow said my parcel was delivered to a shop but never gave any information as to which shop it was delivered to! very poor company that needs a serious shake up and needs a serious restructure of it's policies and practices!

Awful. The idiot driver could work out how to get through an unlocked gate, saying my place was "unaccessible" and left it at a "store" but no mention which store or any sort of address. The phone number doesn't connect to a human, you go on parcel hub, press 1 for customer service and the call just ends.

Why can't Whistl drivers read? The latest decided to leave my parcel in a "safe place" - not my safe place, one that they have made up - which was outside my back gates, underneath a sign that says "DO NOT LEAVE PARCELS HERE, DELIVER TO THE FRONT DOOR". The back gates face a fairly busy road and obscure the view of the road from the house so anyone could stop and "collect" my parcel. Luckily I go there first. Just deliver my parcels to the correct postal address and to the front door, it's not rocket science.

Absolute joke. It's over a week when I'm waiting for my parcel to be delivered and for last few days there is no update. Last update I received was that the parcel was handed over to Royal Mail (another joke of delivery company) and when I tried to contact them on the phone I experienced the most useless automated customer service possible. 1.2 star review absolutely deserved.

Shocking service. By their own tracking system; the parcel was in their care for 4 days, it then got to a sorting centre within 17 miles of my address then tracking reported a "delay" of another 4 days....A Absolute shower of SH*t and LIARS to boot !

Whistl is an appalling ans corrupt business, dodging all responsibility. Making sure no one can live nearby their invasion. Making sure the green areas go Grey and Making sure all the residence are kept awake at night.

I will be dismissing any mail from whistl due to the lack of care they've shown to residents in Wigan

An incompetent bunch of charlatans running this godforsaken outfit. Delay after delay with a tracking system and website which is a throwback to the early days of the web.

I am extremely concerned about the impact the site is having on people living nearby. The level of disturbance associated with the warehouse is affecting the ability of local residents to enjoy their homes peacefully, and there are genuine concerns about the effect this ongoing disruption is having on residents’ health and wellbeing.

A large commercial operator should take its responsibility to the surrounding community seriously. Concerns raised by residents should be properly investigated, responded to transparently and addressed with meaningful action rather than being allowed to continue.

Whistl needs to recognise that this warehouse is operating next to a residential community. Protecting the health, wellbeing and quality of life of local people should be treated as a priority.

Absolutely awful experience with this company. Coupled with the Astley Warehouse saga, I’m now making every effort to ensure I don’t use them or any company associated with them. No idea how Ian Keilty sleeps at night knowing the damage his company is doing to peoples lives. The entire operation should be shut down - complete disgrace.

Zero consideration for consumers and people, they have warehouses next to residencies creating way too much noise and are making people in Wigan miserable, and will do nothing about it, absolutely avoid!

Terrible attitude towards consumers and local residents.
