Very efficient and reasonably acurate transcription. A bit expensive on monthly rate if you only use it occasionally.

There is no indication whatsoever when you pay €1.50 to try the service that you have signed up to a service that is 49.99 per month!!!!! It is such a rip off !!!!

It is very difficult to unsubscribe - you cant just hit a button you have to email them about it.

Update - they replied back within a couple hours when I emailed, amd issued a refund. Great customer response and service. So overall, good product and better service. Just wished they were clearer with the additional costs.

Amazing transcription service. I even paid extra for premium. But I am furious that - what I thought was a singular purchase - was actually a free trial. That I didn't know I signed up to and then a very pricey surprise subscription for £39.99 a month drained my card. I am waiting to hear back about a refund.

Would have been a great experience, if this was clear up-front and I could opt-out the trial and subscription beforehand. As this is not a regular service I need.

I honestly had a problem, and they resolved it immediately. I'm just waiting for the debited funds to be credited, and then I'll be 100% satisfied. But the service so far has been excellent, thank you

Would be Zer0 stars if that was an option. I only signed in as a guest to transcribe one interview, and my credit card started getting US$40/month subscription charges. After multiple attempts over two months to contact the company via support@rileo and rileo@rileo documenting these erroneous charges, I have received Zer0 response from the company. Shame!

I believe the solution is reasonable. I only regret that my refund request wasn't processed, as Rileo acknowledges in their own terms and conditions. However, I'm satisfied to avoid further problems. Thank you.

J'avais souscrit à une offre d'une semaine et je constate un débit de 40 euros sur ma carte fait en juillet, et un autre qui arrive maintenant. Je n'ai jamais souscrit à un abonnement mensuel chez eux. Je n'ai aucun mail de confirmation d'abonnement, ni rien.

Cuidado con escribir datos personales, sin que ellos tuvieran mi mail de suscripción me cobraron 3 meses 39.99 de mi cuenta bancaria SIN AUTORIZACIÓN Y COMO COBRO AUTOMÁTICO. PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA. ESTAFA!!! luego me reconocieron que no tenía ningún mail asociado y me ofrecían un mes sin cargo y devolver un solo mes de los 3 que me cobraron. NO ENTREN EN SU ENLACE PUEDEN ROBARLES LOS DATOS. LAMENTABLE QUE SUCEDA ESTO. LADRONES!!! Tengo pruebas de todo!!
