I loved putting together book.
Though time consuming the user interface makes it so easy.
My book was shipped and but never received by USPS.
When I reached out to Pixory they immediately reprinted and sent me a new one which was received in a few days.
The customer service is excellent.
The quality of the book itself is amazing

The books turned out amazing so so happy with them and the quality. Would 100% order again. The only downfall is the packaging they come in doesn't offer any protection and it has damaged all three books on each corner and the outside. Other then that so happy with them.

È la prima volta che acquisto su questo sito e non posso fare altro che ringraziare Pixory e tutte le persone che ci lavorano per il lavoro meraviglioso che hanno fatto e stanno facendo. All’inizio avevo un po’ di timore per come potessero venire fuori i 3 fotolibri che avevo ordinato, ma una volta arrivati sono rimasta piacevolmente colpita sia dalla qualità delle foto, ma anche dal design delle cover, stupendii!!!! La spedizione è stata anche rapida e non me l’aspettavo e il servizio clienti è veramente eccezionale, ti rispondono subito e sono tutti gentilissimi.

Sono felice di come questi ragazzi mi hanno aiutato a risolvere il mio stesso errore , senza nessun costo in piu , il sito e facile da utilizzare e da capire , devi solo guardare tutto con calma , non fate come me che ho fatto tutto di fretta . I libri che ordinate sono fantastichi e di una qualità superiore a quello che trovate in giro , il materiale usato si vede che non e di scarsa produzione , ma e un buon materiale . Ich bin wirklich begeistert von meinen Fotoalben! Die Qualität ist super, die Farben und Fotos kommen toll zur Geltung und auch die Verarbeitung macht einen sehr hochwertigen Eindruck. Besonders schön finde ich, wie individuell man die Bücher gestalten kann für jedes Reiseziel – so sind ganz persönliche Erinnerungsstücke entstanden, die man immer wieder gerne in die Hand nimmt.

Auch mit dem Kundenservice habe ich eine sehr positive Erfahrung gemacht. Mein Anliegen wurde freundlich und unkompliziert bearbeitet, was meinen insgesamt sehr guten Eindruck noch einmal bestätigt hat.

For more than 1 year I have collected/ordered Pixory books. I love to create them. They are pricey but they are from a reall good quality. I have more than 20+ books now and will order more.
