I ordered the minimalist tennis bracelet and necklace combo. I really enjoyed it but after a few months while doing laundry, the bracelet broke. I reached out to customer service and they promptly sent me a new bracelet. Thank you so much! It’s so nice to have a company standing behind their product.

Outstanding customer service! I purchased a jewellery piece in April, and when it unexpectedly broke recently, I contacted Sylvian Grant regarding their lifetime warranty. Within just a couple of hours, they confirmed a brand-new replacement and shipped it immediately.

It’s refreshing to see a company genuinely stand behind its products and honor its warranty without hassle. Great service like this deserves support. Let’s also appreciate businesses that go the extra mile by using such lifetime guarantees responsibly and not taking unfair advantage of them.

Order #237828 - 2nd REQUEST

On 7/8/26, I ordered the classic cross duo and did not receive the cross pendant or the chain. Only ONE single silver chain arrived. I have followed Sylvian Grant's customer service/return instructions and NO ONE has responded. Their customer communication is horrible. I keep receiving email promotions trying to sell additional products. Please refund my money asap.

In error I ordered a square chain necklace instead of the curb chain….100% my error. When I noticed later in the day I sent an email requesting a correction to the order, fully expecting that I would need to wait for the order to arrive, then send it back. Instead, I received a lovely note from Melody who had corrected my error AND sent a refund for the cost difference! Fantastic customer service!
Then I received a 25% off code for my next order….thank you so much!
The necklace arrived today (9 days from the USA to Canada) and I love everything about it. I will order another in silver (and this time I’ll do my best to make my order correct the first time!)

These bracelets are honestly stunning. They look really nice and go with almost every outfit. After seeing the quality off them, I immediately purchased the duo pendant necklaces aswell. I only wish id chosen silver in the bracelets as gold isnt my colour so unfortunately I cant get wearing them every single day. Id definitely recommend buying them if you're still in the 'unsure' phase!

I ordered the minimal pendant necklace duo set, but I got sent a bracelet instead. I paid $50 dollars, but I didn't get what I ordered at all, and I had to wait 5 days for shipping. Customer support is nonexistent. I emailed the company two days ago, but received no response. I also attempted to contact them through their website, but to no avail. Why can't I just receive the correct item I ordered? There shouldn't be a mix-up between a bracelet and two necklaces. Very disappointed, and I want my necklaces yesterday.

Initially, I was missing a piece from my order and it took a few days to get ahold of customer service. But once they answered, the issue was rectified and the missing piece was shipped out quickly. Would totally order from them again.

I ordered the trio bracelet, a duo silver pendant necklace as well as a single silver chain with pendant. These 2 necklaces were purchased as a matching anniversary gift. The bracelet and duo pendant necklace was in the package; however, the single pendant necklace was missing from my paid in full order. There was no packing slip either. I have sent two emails to the company and have had absolutely zero response!
My anniversary gift was ruined and I am out $39 because this company will not even communicate with me!

Great Customer Service. I had a bracelet break. I contacted them to see if they had repair service and with documented photos they replaced it. Obviously their Life Time Warranty really means something!

Paid for fast shipping and 48 hour tracked. 5 days later the item is still not here because they never dropped it off with Royal Mail. No contact number making it impossible to find out where the parcel is or when it will be delivered.

I recently purchased the minimalist square bracelet. It compliments every single article of clothing in my closet, and i love how quick the shipping was! There was no shipping issues and i felt like a valued customer of theirs
