"Instant redemptions." 99% BS and false advertising. You may get instant redemptions IF you only win just over $100 and submit requests in the $100-$200 range. BUT....if you win large and try to submit $100 redemptions just to get something processed....no instant redemptions. It just sits there even though support staff will tell you submit a single redemption at a time in $100-$200 increments. All BS. We all know what they're actually doing and it should be illegal.

I put $10 in & got the 1st time buy deal & got $30 an hit for $590 cashed out on 8/29/26 nothing happened so I canceled the redeem & hit a little bit more ($603) cashed out again 8/31/26 now on 9/2/26 an try to log in today they say user dosent exist.. Redemption process was easy!!

On my very first purchase I am thoroughly disappointed. Haven't even had the chance to try anything out because I went to purchase the 30sc for $10 welcome offer via crypto payment and it still hasn't credited my account anything. It has been about 36 hours at the time of writing this review. I'm not given any explanation or ETA on a resolution. I believe I should be credited the 30sc and when the payment goes thru (which at this point i doubt it will) it could be taken from my account. They are after all a casino with enough funds to take care of this without affecting their money. It's not like I have very good odds at winning anything anyways, I just want to be entertained for a while. Instead I'm not valued as a customer and not being incentivized to be a return customer. This would have been a good opportunity to create a loyal customer who spends at least $700 a month on casinos. In the past this casino was good.. but out of all the times I have redeemed I have only got it instant a few I have been waiting for 4 days for the minimum cash out and just keep getting told its pending waiting a compliance review. Well I haven't changed anything since my last redemption so what taking so long ... They are starting to become a joke

I gave sweetsweeps 2 stars only because they have paid out in the past, BUT as of right now they are trying to give me the runaround for the minimum cash out. When reaching out in regards to my redemption, agents claim they’re going to look into it for me. Instead they close the chat and won’t answer me. Beware that they pick and choose when they want to pay people out.

I’ve played on many sweepstakes sites never had any issues. They will not let you redeem if you win anything decent you are gonna get the runaround by ai agents and telling you not to worry than they will cancel your winning? They have games on there where you can bet a max 8000sc with a max win of 250,000 but you can only redeem 3000 a day? Which also take 4 days for them to review just to cancel? With no explanation why. I live in a state that allows me to play with all proper proof of verification. And still nothing I put 900 dollars into this site and end up hitting for over 15,000 sc and they will not give me it. If you play this site you will regret it immediately. This site will be shut down when they finally get caught with all of this. Go to shuffleus or another legit site. I withdrawed 23000 for shuffle us all at once as well.

I've been waiting for sleep to Royal to cash out my winnings from July 31st they told me that if they split my payments in half that it would go faster so they pay me $500 but I've been waiting on the other $500 since the 31st of July they keep telling me it's part of their verification but they were verified the first half of it what's wrong with the second half of the same winnings. And then they denied it and sent it back to my account and I had to resubmit it on August 17th.

I’m extremely frustrated with Sweepsroyal this is like my 3rd or 4th redemption all others have went through quickly as long as if it’s not over a thousand the larger redemption I’m told to break those down to like $300 each that way u get it instantly well that’s another lie I cancelled my $1000 one and put in a $300 on 8/16 and now it’s 8/19 and still haven’t received my $300 redemption which is ridiculous I don’t think I will give them anymore my money id they continue to run this platform shady like this I just keep getting same answers frim customer service that they will put a ticket in and check but nothing ever happens 3 days later and still no money

I’m leaving this review because my experience with this company’s redemption process has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.
I made my deposit and, as expected, the funds were taken from my account immediately. I played fairly and won legitimately, and when I requested my redemption, I understood that it would need to go through a compliance review.
What I did not expect was to wait more than 72 hours with no clear timeframe for when I would actually receive my money.
I repeatedly contacted support asking for an estimated timeframe and was never given one. Instead, I was repeatedly told that the redemption was “coming” and that I needed to be patient. After more than 72 hours, however, I still had no redemption and no actual timeframe for when I could expect it.
When I questioned the delay, I was told that redemptions of this size take more time and require a more thorough review. I understand that larger redemptions may require additional review, but this information was not clearly communicated to me beforehand. More importantly, even after asking repeatedly, I was still not given an actual timeframe.
I was also advised to split my redemption based on someone’s personal experience. I declined because I do not want to turn one legitimate redemption into multiple separate redemptions simply because the original amount is inconvenient for the processing system. I requested my redemption as submitted, and that is how I expect it to be processed.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of transparency. I am not asking for special treatment. I am asking for clear communication and the funds I legitimately won.
I will say that once my redemption is actually received, I will update this review to reflect the outcome. I believe companies should be judged not only by how they handle deposits and gameplay, but also by how they handle paying their customers when they win.
At this point, this experience has significantly affected my trust in the platform, and I will have to seriously reconsider whether I want to continue being a customer.

Update 8/18/26
After waiting five days for my deposit of $1201 they rejected my withdrawal request. I asked why, and all they could say was that redemption amounts of a larger amount can take longer to process. So I had to resubmit it and start all over again. I finally decided to do a smaller amount of $200 and it’s now pending for over four hours. Nothing about this is instant and I will not be doing business with this company after receiving my money. I see why trust pilot warns us that they have some fake reviews. My review is real and honest as it can get.
