I placed my order on 29th July. Today is 6th September and my order is still showing as “Processing”. It has not been shipped and I have not received a tracking number.
I contacted customer service and submitted a ticket, but I have now been waiting 3 weeks for a reply. Unfortunately, nobody has got back to me.
Very disappointing customer service and extremely long waiting time. I am still waiting for my order and for someone to actually respond to my request.

BWSVESB2000202722 este es mi número de pedido. Le hice el 28 de agosto y al dia de hoy no sé absolutamente nada. Pregunto en el chat de su página y primero es en inglés y la mayoría de las veces no traduce y no te lleva a ningún lado. El importe era más de 100 euros porque pedí varias cosas y cada vez me dicen que falta una cosa diferente..... ahora me dicen que hasta mediados de octubre no llega uno de los productos. Una vergüenza. Necesito el pedido ya. No es mejor preguntarme o ponerse en contacto para ver si estoy interesada o si van a tardar eliminar el pedido. No aconsejo comprar aqui. Es de pena. Espero que algún dia me lo manden....

The package took awhile to arrive but everything was in great condition and I got some full sized freebies which was really nice. The prices on the website are also great!!

Ordered 16th August all items stated online that they would be despatched in 24 hours … it’s 4th September and they’ve not been despatched and I’m getting no reply to any of my emails

A absolute joke of a company they portray to be based in the UK when they are based in Hong Kong I’ve been waiting weeks now for a order and still no sign don’t be hoodwinked and don’t lose your money they are a sham

Extremely disappointing experience with Stylevana.

I placed and paid in full for an order featuring items explicitly advertised with a "24-hour dispatch guarantee" and paid extra for insured shipping. Over 10 days later, the package has STILL not left their warehouse.

What makes it worse is customer support. I have reached out repeatedly over the 12 days asking for clear updates. Every single response was a generic, copy-pasted template issuing conflicting and false statements: claiming the order was "dispatched" or "ready for release," completely ignoring reality and refusing to provide physical proof of handover.

Misleading commercial practices and fundamental breach of contract, which I will report to every legal outlet possible. If you need time-sensitive products, do NOT trust their dispatch guarantees or customer service.

J'ai passé commande le 17 Juillet 2026 pour un BBQ, nous sommes septembre 2026 et je n'ai toujours pas reçu ma commande malgrè mes multiples relances. C'est une arnaque, à fuire.

Al final no sólo sin el pedido sino que en el reembolso no me quieren devolver los 5€ de envio que supuestamente protege mas etc. Toda empresa está obligada cuando hace un reembolso a devolver todo el importe sumando los gastos que has pagado. Escribí mi anterior reseña con la situación detallada y asi es como ha desencadenado el desenlace. Haré de esto publico en redes. Esto en Europa no se debe permitir.No se les deberia permitir vender en España etc. Muy mal . Y dejad de responder poniendo el email porque no sirve para nada. El producto no esta fuera de stock y el reembolso deben hacerlo completo. Son unos estafadores

Odeio esse site da Stylevana, horrível, por favor por amor ao vosso dinheiro não comprem apartir deste site que vocês irão arrepender amargamente. Fiz uma compra desde do dia 2 de agosto, até agora não recebi a encomenda, não consigo rastrear a encomenda e diz no site concluído. Se essa encomenda chegar, será a última feita apartir deste site, nunca mais verão 1 cêntimo meu, nunca mais comprarei absolutamente nada, mesmo que fosse o único site, que horror. Esta porcaria de site nem merece 1 estrela.

2 Produkte wurden bestellt und sind seit 1 1/2Monate nicht eingetroffen. Eins von den beiden haben sie dann nach nem Monat gecancelt weil sie es nicht hatten…

I purchased the Medicube AGE-R Booster Pro, but the device worked for only one day and then completely stopped working.

Customer service asked me to send the product back by airmail (registered mail) for repair and stated that they would not reimburse me for any other shipping method. Legally, however, I cannot send it this way because the device contains a lithium battery and must be shipped via courier.

They have now closed the case, leaving me having paid almost €100 for a product that doesn’t work and cannot be repaired. Absolutely embarrassing!

Do not buy electronics from this company.

I contacted Stylevana immediately after placing my order to request a cancellation. Despite having an open ticket, I received no response for four days.

Instead of receiving a reply to my cancellation request, I have now simply received an automated email saying that my order has been processed.

I understand that cancellation may not always be possible, but I contacted them straight away and, at the very least, expected a response before they proceeded with the order. Very disappointing customer service.

Io prima ho ordinato e poi sono andata a veder le recensioni... quindi panico 😆. Arrivato il 1/09.
Il 24 (il 25 bho. Si vede che non lavoravano) 26 e 27 agosto il pacco era in Cina, dal 28 al 1 settembre è stato in Italia, rido tantissimo... Comunque, il prodotto era imballato bene? le scatoline seoul 1988 torriden e dr.g eran chiuse con l'adesivino classico trasparente, e i pacchettini non hanno danni ed erano avvolti nel pluriball. E c'avevo pure la bustina omaggio. Tó a caso così. Sembrerebbe che c'abbian messo impegno nel smentire i commenti negativi. Chapó!

Eigentlich möchte ich nicht mal einen Stern geben! Der Kundenservice ist absolut desinteressiert, wenn es ein Problem gibt! Noch nie einen so schlechten Kundenservice erlebt, ich denke, dass dort der Kundenservice allgemein nicht Wert legt auf Freundlichkeit Zuverlässigkeit,...das scheint einfach nicht so eine Rolle zu spielen! Für mich ist es so, dass ich nie mehr was mit so einem unzuverlässigen, unprofessionellen Unternehmens was zu tun haben möchte, dieser Ärger ist es nicht wert. Es gibt andere, die zwar etwas teurer sind, aber man muss sich nicht mehr ärgern!! Lasst die Finger davon!

Honestly, this has been really frustrating. It’s day 6 now and my order is finally showing as “dispatched” I specifically chose items that were in stock and supposed to ship within 24 hours.

The weird part is that every time I contact support, the order suddenly seems to move to the next stage. I also asked several times to cancel the order and get a refund, but they kept avoiding that and just told me the parcel was being packed.

I’ve lost trust in the whole process, and even if the products do arrive I’ll probably still be a bit concerned about their condition/ quality

Had a medicube Age R Booster that had cracks on the head. Device was still within warranty. Official manufacturer's guidelines says to stop using as it is not safe due to possible micro-current leakage and also trapping of bacteria.
Stylevana told me it is fine to continue using and made no efforts to replace the device.

Zachęcona pozytywnymi opiniami infulencerow i cenami złożyłam zamówienie. Niestety problem pojawił się tuż po płatności. Okazało się, że pieniądze zostały pobrane, a zamówienie nie doszło do skutku. Brak zamówienia w historii zamówień, brak jakiegokolwiek potwierdzenia na maila i brak zwrotu pieniędzy.
Tylko automatyczne odpowiedzi i brak jakiejkolwiek kontaktu z ich strony!

Buy elsewhere = I placed an order and it's been over a month and my order still has not arrived. Customer service is very slow to respond and is not helpful.

Based on my experience, I wouldn’t order from Stylevana again. Saving a few pounds simply isn’t worth the uncertainty, long wait and poor service. I’d rather pay slightly more and purchase from a reliable UK retailer where delivery and customer support are much easier to deal with.
I would advise UK customers to think carefully before ordering, particularly if you need your products within a reasonable timeframe.
Being based in Hong Kong the product that never arrived was probably fake too. Avoid these are crooks and scammers

I made an order #BWSVESB2000177569 on 14th of June 2026 in the amount of 101,16 EUR. After weeks of delay and unsuccessful delivery, the package was returned to the shipper which could be seen from the tracking number YT2616600707900469. The shipper also confirmed that it is on the way back to them and that they will refund me as soon as they received it. Since the package was never delivered, the refund was supposed to be done immediately. However, after numerous emails, their promises that they will refund me, that is still not done. Their last email on 20.08. claimed that the refund has been processed and that I will see it reflected on my account in 10 days maximum. That has clearly passed, I am still not refunded and they havent replied on my last email. Deeply sad that this has occured, as I was warned but I tought they were a legit webpage and didnt even dream about this possible outcome.
