My favorite app to track expenses and income for my family and small biz. Love the features and they keep on improving it.

This app has been a lifesaver for me, allowing me to scan large stacks of paper receipts accurately and quickly. I have found their interface to be easy and intuitive. Also, their customer service is very responsive. I first signed up for their free account option, and then I upgraded to their midrange option. After experimenting with it for a few days more, I finally upgraded to their Elite plan. I did the same sort of experimentation with other scanning apps, and I am convinced I made the best choice. Also, it looks like they are still developing this product, so there's more to come. In any case, I am really delighted with this product!

Sirve muy bien para tomar fotos y capturar tickets. Puedes llevar aquí todo el historial de tus tickets y los lee bastante bien y los clasifica muy bien, además de que su lector automático con la cámara es buenísimo

Using the app has been fantastic.

Of course, there’s always room for improvement, but we trust this team of professionals because they’ve created an app that’s not only useful, but also works really well.

I used to track receipts manually by taking pictures, categorizing them, associating them with the right company or account, identifying the payment method, and determining if the expense was reimbursable or not. Now, with Spark Receipts and the ability to have associated or linked accounts, I can simply send receipts or invoices from my email, and it picks them up automatically. It detects the type of expense and accurately identifies the names of suppliers and currencies. Bank statements are reconciled, and it's simply a breeze and a pleasure to deal with.Support from Spark is very prompt and very helpful. Overall, I can only recommend Spark.

Excellent product, for the convinience it offers, im an advocate for it.

Basically, if you have a lot of subscriptions, payments, it helps you streamline it without having to manually type things in.. you take the invoice and upload it to the tool and it automatically captures the info in the portal without you having to fill it and then it gives you insights as to how much was spent in a particular month and good thing is the team is actively working on new features.. hope they continue to do so and take care of this product.

Great Tool for Finance!

I’ve been using SparkReceipt since 2024 and it’s been great to see the team keep improving it without losing what made it so useful in the first place. Honestly, even if it had stayed as it was back then it still would’ve been worth it for me.

I work in business ops with SMBs (in a fractional/ad hoc capacity), so I need something simple but reliable to keep finances organized and CRA/ASPE/IFRS/GAAP-aligned. It’s a light lift for clients on input, but the output is organized, readable, and accountant ready.

What I appreciate most is that the updates actually add real value, they don’t just add noise or complexity. It’s stayed practical, which is rare.

Solid tool if you want something that just simply works.
