Fantastic Company - Andy Catmull is a superstar!
I have been using SG Umbrella for over a year now and I am delighted to continue using their services and would recommend to other colleagues.
In particular, the customer service received from Andy Catmull has been exceptional. You always worry when phoning a customer support line that you will be routed to a low cost centre with sub standard service. This is not the case with SG Umbrella at all. Andy guided me through the account setup, responds to my queries in a timely fashion and supported by salary sacrifice pension setup. Andy is a great asset to the SG umbrella company and I always request for his support when i phone the team as I know his knowledge and commitment to securing a good outcome from SG Umbrella's customers is second to none. Thorough and professional
Just finished nearly 4 years with SG and am only ending engagement due to retirement.
SG have been excellent from start to finish, everything is clear and simple, administration is fast and efficient and the response to any queries very quick indeed.
I have always been paid on time, information on the payslips is clear, they did my tax returns for a few years and handled payment to my private and company pensions. If you want hassle free service from a thoroughly professional company I would highly recommend. If I go back to work ( unlikely!) I would sign up again, no hesitation. PS - I've seen it go bad with other contractors operating under a different company. Not all umbrella's are the same! I am not surprised SG continually get great reviews

Happy with my choice so far
During my search for an umbrella company it was important for me to find a accredited company with a direct line to contacts (a more personal one to one service) both boxes ticked here.my onboarding service has been simple thanks to my helpful assistant Danielle Varney, Although I am only just though the onboarding process and therefore unable to comment at this early stage on the overall service provided by SG my initial impression is on of confidence in this company due to the friendly and professional manner of not only Danielle but other members of the company i have been in communication with so far. Having been a contractor for a number of years, I have used the services of a number of Umbrella companies and I have a good feeling about this one.
