They only use UPS to deliver
The problem is that the only way to receive a parcel is via UPS. I made an order on April 19. I finally received my parcel on May 10. First UPS claimed there was a problem with the address and in oreder to review it, I should have entered sensitive information and enter into a legally binding contract kilometers long, I scrolled for minutes (not even exaggerating!) but didn't reach the end. I contacted the seller and they promosed to contact UPS. Next they claimed they can't deliver beacuase there is a door code. There is none. Then they offered a drop off on an hour's notice. I was at work. Finally I was able to reserve a drop off time slot, no confirmation on their part. Had to wait around all day. For return I had to go and pay to get the label printed. The print out covers the whole paper so that it is impossible to tape it to the parcel without covering it. They told me to glue it. No way I am going to buy glue just to return a parcel after all this hassle. I will never again order with a company that uses UPS. Also you can contact them in Finnish but the reply will be in English, which is not okay.
