I was also persuaded by their "scientific information" on FB with Oprah as firm advocate - I realized that there would never be as rapid a weight loss they promised but thought that perhaps it might help and was worth a try. But as soon as I had placed the order I found info on the internet that showed I had been duped - the doctors, experts and well known star in the videos were all AI fake. I tried to get them to cancel the order as I guessed that this product would be worthless (and it cost a lot) but it was shipped anyway. I live in Sweden and also realized afterwards that there would be customs charges and sure enough, when the package arrived in the country I was asked by the import authorities to pay about another $100 in order to accept it. I declined and sent the package in return (which was cost-free) and thus avoided problems with returning it myself. However, I give this company 2 stars as they have actually repaid the cost very nearly in full (the difference is probably just due to the exchange rate) within 24 hours of asking for a return. I managed to find a contact mail address for "support" with a "complaint or return form" in one of the confirming e-mails I received when I ordered. So I have learnt my lesson - I WON'T be lured again by this type of nonsense!

Absolute garbage! I would like a refund but getting one is impossible! In the trash it goes and chalk it up to being stupid. Opra should be ashamed to endorse such a worthless product! LIES, LIES, LIES!!!!!! You are better off drinking a cup of coffee and skipping a meal and cutting back on sugar and fats!!! Worthless!!!!

The ingredients listed on the website, like Berberine, are not actually in the product.

The products did not work and contacting customer service was not helpful. I wish I had read reviews before purchasing. I am within 60 day guarantee but getting them to advise on how to return and obtain refund has been met with unanswered emails. Phone calls do not go through to customer service.

Absolute scam, ordered in the uk, told it was in the country but there are additional charges for importing….no mention on ordering! Asked for feedback even though I had not received my order. Still waiting…… customer service are just a bunch a holes…(oh we care about our customers, we are a legit company, thank you for your patience…all the usual bull) don’t waste your money on these con men! BEWARE.BEWARE.BEWARE!!!!!!!!

I was foolish enough to sit through your whole Instagram post, half hour video and swallow your "scientific" research into how this " magic soda trick" would instantly change my life, and my weight! Ha! Silly me, so i ordered your product, took one whole bottle, faithfully each day. And what happened? Nothing!!!! Now I want to see if your 100 % refund offer is as phony as your snake oil product. What can I say, I an optimistic person. My bad.

I requested a cancelation and was told to wait to receive the item. I then requested a full refund with return of all products and was told I can would only receive a 17% refund. I am extremely displeased with customer service. Do not order from this company if you expect a refund because you won't get it.

I would leave zero stars if that was an option.
I ordered the product on a whim and paid over $400. I subsequently ran it by my doctor who advised me not to take it based on my current medication (yes, I should have asked first). The package arrived and is still unopened. I have reached out to their consumer department several times to return the unopened package and they keep sending me emails with small refund options of $80 and saying there is a large 20% restock fee and that even if I get a refund in will take a long time. I feel like I was scammed and this is not an ethical, legitimate company. Buyer beware!
