First order….great! BUT if you receive faulty items that’s where their CS is sadly lacking. I received 4 glasses and three are faulty. I have contacted them twice without the curtesy of a response. I’m surprised and quite saddened as I will think twice before ordering from them again.

So far, I have had lighting and furniture from yourselves and cushion covers. I absolutely love everything I have ordered. From ordering to delivery was so easy and every Care taken to deliver large items like a chair. Everything was packed perfect with the glass lighting I bought. I did send some things back and it was so easy and straightforward to do and refund. Was very quick. I am definitely going to order more. I love what you sell. It is all different and all well made and I would definitely recommend to everyone.

Lovely item received quickly. However it was broken. Despite several attempts to contact company to sort out a solution, no reply has been forthcoming. Very disappointed with customer care.

Fantastic light fitting expensive but pleased with it

Looked everywhere for the perfect wine rack. And found it here! Solid, a lovely contrast between the wood and metal and holds 28 bottles, of any size, easily. Well packaged / protected. Would definitely recommend.

I still don’t have my order and the delivery company claims they attempted delivery yesterday despite my CCTV cameras showing nobody came to the door and l was home. Today the order is still not showing as out for delivery despite delivery company saying they would deliver the next day. Why use a dodgy delivery company when you sell nice products?? Not happy…

Delivery driver initially took the parcel to wrong address, seemed he hasn't read the address on the label properly - I had to flag him down and redirect him to my door. The box arrived ripped and bashed, and the product inside was dirty. Once cleaned it is fine, but I was a bit disappointed - for a fairly expensive item I did expect it to be looked after better than this.

Bar stools needed to be replaced and this was done very quickly and with the minimum of fuss. Very much appreciated and new stools look lovely in our kitchen.

I needed help from nkuku customer service, nothing to do with their goods I must say it was a problem I had created. I have to say they were very helpful and supportive and my experience was very positive, can’t fault this customer service .
