Great service and deliverd when advised for bed delivery

Says to email their support to request samples... did nearly 2 weeks ago, no samples no reply. Chased after a week asking if it had been seen.. no reply no samples.

Manage to consistently update the reason for a 20% discount on the site but cant send samples out to help people order...

Guess we just go elsewhere, what kind of customer service can we expect for our order or the trial period if they cant even send samples after weeks..

Ordering was easy, delivery guys were good.
The issuse i had was, once i had ordered and paid on line, i then received an email from the company asking for an addinal £30 surcharge for delivery. On the site it stated free delivery, its not until you go into term and condition that it excludes roughly 30 postcodes across the country, we are SO51, never been excluded before on anything. My point is, Why wasnt the £30 delivery surcharge added when i put in my delivery address and before i made the payment. Also it states, if you change your mind before the surcharge is paid they will charge a 50% restocking fee, so you will only get half your money back. Its all a bit underhanded! Be aware. Oh , and the bed arrived with a small tear on the top of the bed base. as it wasnt to be seen, i will live with it, cant be doing with another surcharge!

I was looking for a divan base, as my existing one had seen better days. I found exactly what I needed at Midas Beds. They had a good colour range to choose from and a selection of storage options. I was delighted with the extra 20% off the sale price too.
I was kept well informed of progress leading up to the delivery. It took around 10 days to arrive after I purchased it, which I thought was really good. The delivery was very smooth, the couriers were polite and helpful and I am very pleased with the bed. It is very well built and I love the denim blue woolen fabric covering it. I would certainly use this company again. Many thanks.

Fast delivery, product as described

I bought the divan base to replace the slightly cat scratched one which was going into the spare room. This was very cheap less than £300 for king size divan and headboard. This was advertised as half price with an extra 20% off original cost £699. Ordering the bed was very straightforward, delivery was good and I learnt a lesson which I should have learnt years ago - you get what you pay for! This bed was not quality but very cheaply made and quite flimsy. It has gone in the spare room and looks fine, but I am not sure it will outlast my old one. There were small tears on the inner lining which thankfully were hidden. For the money paid it is adequate. If I'd paid £699 it would have gone back.

I was looking for a bed with good value and this was exactly what I needed. The bed worked well with my victorian frame and mattress, and I was pleased with the result. It was a simple purchase but the quality and service made the whole experience very positive.

Good quality built bed for the money. Could have had a few things tidied up before shipping. Some loose threads and staples not fitted correctly. 15 mins of diy sorted it though. Don't be put off by this. Second bed I've purchased in a couple of months and would recommend
