I had a terrible experience.

Firstly, the order took about a month to come to my place, and I received it only because I was repeatedly trying to contact all the different delivery companies that were involved. Marti collection did not help or took responsibility for the untrustworthy courier that they cooperate with. I was trying to get information about where my order is and eventually I ended up calling all the local delivery companies to figure out if one of them had my parcel, because no one would tell me WHAT COMPANY will deliver my parcel, and they never even provided me with a local tracking number.

After all, one of the dresses I ordered was very nice. However, the second one had terrible quality (like I bought it from shein) and the fit was really weird. Of course I will not bother sending it back, even though it was expensive. because that would take 1 month again and based on other reviews here, they will not even receive it and it will come back to me .
Do yourself a favour and if you are not located in Portugal do not order from them.

Me ha encantado, el vestido fenomenal y le dije que me corria prisa y me llegó un día antes de lo previsto.

Compré 2 vestidos para la graduación con idea de quedarme 1. Voy a tramitar la devolución y me sale que son 7€, por ATENCIÓN, dejar el paquete en un punto de envío (cuando en el resto de tiendas que he comprado suele ser gratuito), ni siquiera es que vengan a tu casa a por él, sino que tienes que gastar tiempo y dinero (si vas en coche como yo) para devolver el paquete. A esto se suma el precio de envío de 5€.

Escribo esta reseña porque me parece ABUSIVO que por este “servicio” si se le puede llamar así te cobren 7€, por mucho que esté estipulado en las condiciones es cuanto menos ABUSIVO.
Si tenéis que comprar, aseguraros de no tener que devolver nada.

Dejando de lado esto, la calidad no es la mejor, más o menos como la que te puedes encontrar en Inditex . Los colores cambian bastante de cómo se ven en persona a las fotos de la web. El precio depende cual se ajusta a la calidad, por ejemplo el vestido de 40€ que me quedo lo veo razonable en términos de calidad-precio, pero el conjunto que devuelvo de 60€ me parece bastante caro teniendo en cuenta la calidad del mismo.

Everything was great !

It is been a month. I am waiting for my dress which i want to wear at a wedding. It has not arrived yet and they do not inform me when it will arrive. Am i doomed??? 😬😬 The wedding is at 26 September. I fear i will go there without a dress.

Me habia llegado un vestido con manchas y me lo cambiaron sin ningun problema. La calidad excelente y el trato mejor aún.

I am changing my review because i finally got my parcel. However I am still not happy with the way the whole thing went down. Their tracking system said it had been delivered and I never received a message that my package was out for delivery. I did not even know which local company was delivering it. Their tracking system had only an AI bot answering which made things very difficult. Finally, i receive an email from a local transportation company saying that I should go and get my package from a checkpoint or it will be shipped back tomorrow. All very last minute, i did not even know that my package was in my country. Additionally, when i chose delivery options I added my home address, not a checkpoint. So there was a reason that I wanted to have it delivered at home. Thankfully a friend could pick it up for me, but if I couldnt go, my parcel would be sent back. So yes, i did get my order, but the whole process was not well planned and I believe that I got my parcel fairly out of luck. Shipping outside of Portugal requires very good coordination and constant monitoring, so if you want to keep doing that make sure you improve your delivery and shipping services and communication. An AI chatbot is just not enough…

O corte dos lados do vestido estava mal feito. O vestido é bonito e correu tudo bem com a entrega mas tive de arranjar

This company is a joke. I returned my items just a few days after delivery because the dresses did not fit. My return then sat in Portuguese customs for over a month and was eventually sent back to me because Marti failed to provide the requested information to customs in time.

Customer service has been terrible throughout. I have received NO REFUND, spent an additional £20 to return the items, and I am now stuck with two unwanted dresses through no fault of my own.

Beware of this company. Do not order unless you are 100% sure you will keep the items, because returning them has been an absolute nightmare.

I ordered a set and a dress. Everytingh fit perfectly, after choosing my normal size. Both the dress and the set looked like in the pictures so I am pleasantly surprised. The delivery was smooth.

Mandei vir no dia 18 dois vestidos. Os tecidos são impecáveis. Extrema qualidade. Os tamanhos é que não corresponderam ao real. Fiz devolução dos mesmos, e essa devolução foi cobrada, e isso sim não acho correto.
Entretanto dia 25 mandei vir outro vestido, chegou dia 27, entrega rápida. O tecido incrível, assenta super bem. Idealmente quem usa habitualmente 36/38 é preferível mandar vir em tamanho L. Estou satisfeita com esta segunda encomenda.

I still haven’t received my order, although the tracking information shows it as delivered. I contacted MARTI Collection immediately and they informed me that they had opened an investigation with the shipping company and would request proof of delivery. However, more than two weeks later, I still have not received my order or any proof of delivery.
I will update this review depending on how the situation is resolved.

Al recibir el vestido ya se veía la tela de mala calidad, la costura lateral como mal cosida, pero no había tiempo para cambios y me lo quedé. No ha durado ni dos horas puesto el vestido y se ha quedado para tirar, lleno de bolas, hilos fuera…
Es verdad que no es un vestido de los muy caros, pero han sido 85€ que he tirado totalmente.
No repetiré la experiencia nunca más.

Orderd a dress online which came with blood stains around the underwear area and up through the back so disgusting. This website doesnt even offer the option to return because the product is damaged and wants now that i pay for the shipping how ridiculous.
