I ordered what was said to be a leather jacket. At first I asked to return because jacket was toobig. They put me through extraordinary requests (many measurements andpictures) I finally just asked to retunr for a refund because jacket is NOT LEATHERr. This is a scamcompany Do not buy

I purchased these sunglasses specifically because of the distinctive yellow/green colour shown in the photographs on the Mark & Houston website.

Unfortunately, what arrived was completely different. The lenses are an overall pale green with no yellow colouring at all. This isn’t simply a matter of the colour being slightly less vibrant or looking different under different lighting – the colour itself is different. I was also disappointed with the overall quality of the sunglasses.

I contacted customer service and sent photographs clearly showing the difference. After several emails, they acknowledged that the sunglasses I received do not have the yellow/green colouring shown in their website images.

My frustration is mainly with how unnecessarily drawn out the process has been. I was initially offered 30% store credit without returning the sunglasses. I politely declined, explained that I didn’t want store credit and made it very clear that I was perfectly happy to return the sunglasses for a full refund.

Instead of simply providing the return instructions at that point, I then received another lengthy email offering me 60% store credit.

To be fair, they have said that I can return the sunglasses for a full refund, so they are not refusing a refund. However, I now have to contact them yet again simply to obtain the return address and instructions.

For something as straightforward as receiving an item that doesn’t match the product photographs, I feel I’ve had to chase and explain myself far more than should have been necessary.

Unfortunately, between the poor quality of the sunglasses, the significant colour discrepancy and the drawn-out return process, I wouldn’t purchase from them again.

poor quality, it was wrinkled , it said linen it was cheap cotton. Not the same top that was advertised ... i wont buy from this company again ,very disappointed .

Bought a silk blouse… it wasn’t worth $3! The worst quality I have ever experienced.

The first order didn’t arrive after a month, the company refused a refund . A replacement order was then sent out , never received that one either . Thankfully I paid on American Express and they reversed the charge . I wish I had googled this company before I made a purchase because their website looks very good , but they are clearly a drop ship company with a PO Box headquarters. There is no number to call customer service. Buyer beware .

Horrible product….when attempting to return they give you a real run around… I finally disputed the charge on my credit card….TOTAL SCAM!!!! Even my credit card company was familiar with this company and their sketchy practice…. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!

I cannot stress enough that you should not touch this company with a thirty foot pole.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses from them,they sent the wrong ones which were really poor quality compared to how they look in the ad, they were completely the wrong colour and they didn’t even come with a drawstring bag. I complained straight away but they refused to refund or replace them unless I paid to rectify their error.
TL,DR: Dreadful, avoid!

I buy a sunglasses, it took 1 month to delivered and I was tracking them all the time, it get starting suspicious as the company is "establish" at USA but the package was sent from China.
I wrote down the shipping address at a DHL Service Point at my hometown, as it didn't let me wrote my home address, after 1 month of wait the package says "delivered" but all the tracking, shipping, etc numbers they gave me were incorrect, my package is lost nobody knows where it is and the MarkandHouston is not taking responsibility!
They even suggest me to contact the packaging service to see where my package is excluding themselves from responsibility for not ensuring that my package arrived at the correct destination.

Cheap products, no sunglass case included. I received three pairs of the same colour they agree to send me an email to provide me with return instructions. Now received the same email to confirm the request 4 times. AI customer service- Do not recommend

I ordered a black & grey sneaker with gum colored sole. I received a black, blue and grey sneaker with black soles. Mark & Houston customer service said this is the current model (EVEN THOUGH THE SHOE THAT I RECEIVED IS NOT SHOWN ON THE WEBSITE) and that people are happy with it. I don't care what other people think about the shoe, I did not order what I received and Mark & Houston will not offer an exchange. I made the exchange request the same day that I received the shoe.

I would not recommend this company.

My order took more than three weeks longer to arrive than the estimated delivery time. Then, after only 2.5 months of less than normal use, one arm of my sunglasses broke.

When I contacted customer service, they simply referred me to their 30-day return policy, even though this was clearly a product defect and not a request to return the item. Their only solution was to offer me a 15% discount on buying another pair of sunglasses.

After the long delivery delay and such poor product quality, this response was extremely disappointing. I expected much better customer service and support for a product that failed after such a short time.

Very poor customer service. I will not be purchasing from them again.

These sunglasses are a huge disappointment. The build quality is extremely poor and bears little resemblance to what is shown in the photos on the website. They look cheap, feel poorly made, and are nowhere near the quality advertised. The product images are seriously misleading and create a completely false impression of what you actually receive. I absolutely do not recommend this product and feel misled as a customer.

I ordered a drinking cup with sewing machines on it with the name Cathy and I got a fishing cup with Robert on it. Need to send it back and get the right cup. Can’t find a w ay to replace my cup

I ordered sunglasses from Mark and Houston and initially REALLY liked the pair I bought. The Viola Aviators in green. Love them. So I ordered another pair. This time I ordered the Montier Retro pair in Amber. While I was waiting on that order a screw randomly fell out of the arm of the green aviators. No glasses set screw would fit so I sent an email and have yet to hear back from their “dedicated customer support team”. Meanwhile I received the Retro pair today and literally haven’t had them but a few hours and the screw popped out of the lens part of the frame and will not screw back down. It did, however, fix my green aviators. I will say another thing. All the metal look they show you without listing the materials they are made with is cheap plastic. No metal anywhere on these glasses except for the tiny screw. I will probably purchase another set of aviators as backup but with that said proceed with caution. These are not worth the money you will spend, nor are they worth the original but always slashed price on the website. You’re better off to spend your money elsewhere if you’re looking for something solid.

Ok glasses bought mainly for the design but two (2) ordered arrived in bubble wrap without cases all purchased equivalent to £40 sterling UK after carriage-doubtful reordering...

Terrible quality sunglasses. Feel proper ripped off.
