2 Years of Loyalty and My Hard Earned Money Spent, Wiped to 0% Progress, Support Ghosted Me
I have been a loyal player on Moozi for nearly two years, completing several purchases for hundreds of dollars. I was actively building my organic VIP tier progress, but following the conclusion of a temporary "Silver Tier" promotion, the platform completely zeroed out my account progress. I wasn't even aware of the promotion. Instead of dropping back down to my correct organic Bronze status with my earned points intact, my VIP progress bar was completely wiped back down to 0%. When I brought this to their live chat support, the agent acknowledged my issue but stated they "could not manually adjust system-generated metrics." When I requested that the issue be escalated to management, the support team read my message and completely stopped responding. Removing two years of a player's documented gameplay and financial history due to a promotional rollover glitch, and then ignoring the customer, is an unacceptable business practice. I am writing this publicly to warn other players that your financial investments and loyalty points are not safe on this platform.
