We would like to clarify that a Luxplus membership is not required in order to shop with us. If you do not wish to become a member, you can simply purchase the products at our regular prices without a membership.
When choosing our discounted member prices, you are asked to review and accept the membership terms before completing the purchase. This step is there specifically to make sure that the membership and its conditions are clearly presented and accepted before the order is placed.
For technical reasons, the membership cannot be cancelled within the first 24 hours after activation. After that, there is no binding period, and you can cancel at any time directly through your profile or by contacting our Customer Service team 💗

Minusta on turhaan olla jäsen, koska alennukset on kaikkialla.
Alussa pakettit ei tullu nopeasti, viime tilaukseni tuli nopesti.
Kerran tuote oli vaillinen, ratkaisu ei tyydytti minua.
Minusta tuotteiden hintoja nostetaan ensin korkeammiksi, ja sitten sanotaan, että tuotteet ovat alennuksessa, vaikka todellisuudessa hinnasta vähennetään vain pari euroa. Näin annetaan vaikutelma, että alennus olisi paljon suurempi kuin se todellisuudessa on.
Henkilökohtaisesti en siis koe, että olisin säästänyt 249 euroa.
Myös rikkoutuneen tuotteen kohdalla lähetin teille kuvia ja kaikki tarvittavat tiedot, mutta ette auttaneet minua asiassa. Se pahoitti mieleni.
Jos olen aivan rehellinen, ainoa asia, josta pidän tuotteissanne, ovat huonetuoksut. Pidän niistä ja käytän niitä kotona. 💗

Huijaavat kuukausimaksuihin
Kun tilasin, minulle tyrkytettiin kokoajan jäsenhintaista tuotetta, mikä olisi tarkoittanut jatkossa 9,95€ kuuksusijäsenmaksua. Vastasin koko tilausprosessin ajan " ei jäsenhintaista tuotetta", silti tililtäni alkoi mennä 9,95€ kuukausimaksu. Tätä oli vaikea saada peruttua. Tuli tooosi paljon hintaa muutamalle shampoopullolle. En voi suositella kenellekään.
