Exactly what I needed for a DIY A/C repair
I needed a Lennox 18M81 variable-speed blower motor to fix my Lennox Unit. IQElectro had exactly the preprogrammed part I needed. The shipping was fast, and the part was a direct, drop-in replacement that got my system back up and running. Great experience overall!

I have not received my smoke detectors and still trying to work it out.

So I have been promised twice additionally that my product is shipped. Still nothing and can’t even get a tracking number. Empty promises of shipping.

PRODUCT IS NOT NEW AND IS DAMAGED!
This company advertises providing new, overstock items but the product they provide arrives in a damaged box that has clearly compromised the item.
After they assure that the product is new and will work, once you open the box to discover it has been damaged, they change their message to the item cannot be returned due to you opening the box to confirm whether the product was damaged, which they said it was not.
COMPANY TAKES MULTIPLE DAYS TO SHIP!
While their website reflects items ship in 24 hours, it took them more than 72 hours to ship.
DO NOT PAY FOR EXPEDITED SHIPPING!
Paying for expedited shipping results in them shipping via their regular method, which they advertise as free, resulting in the product arriving much later than promised, leaving me to assume they pocketed the expedited shipping cost.
For my order I paid for 2-Day shipping but the product took over 4 days to arrive.
While it seems like simple math that I should expect the item to arrive 3 days after I ordered (1 day to send out plus 2 days shipping), they seem to think 2 plus 1 equals 7 which is the number of days between my order and the item arriving.
STICK WITH A REPUTABLE COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT AS YOU WILL LIKELY BE DISAPPOINTED AND OUT YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!

Worst company I have ever done business with. I paid for overnight shipping, yet more than 10 days later my order still has not shipped.

Customer service has repeatedly told me the order has been shipped, but the UPS tracking number they provided clearly shows that only a shipping label was created—the package has never been picked up by UPS.

Paying extra for overnight shipping and then being given misleading information is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I expected the item to ship sooner but when I spoke with representative he explained the backlog and would expedite my order. I was pleased that he was able to get my item shipped sooner.
