initially faced a very stressful situation when my Instant Pot developed a severe electrical fault. After getting absolutely no help from Amazon and struggling to get a response through other channels, I reached out to the UK support team as a last resort.

I want to express my deepest gratitude to the team, and specifically to an incredibly empathetic and professional support agent named Brodie. Brodie stepped in, genuinely understood my situation, and went out of their way to help me when no one else would. They resolved my problem almost instantly, accepted my situation with understanding, and arranged a replacement without any unnecessary hassle.

It is incredibly rare to find a company that truly stands behind its products and treats its customers with such care. Thank you, Brodie, for your outstanding support and empathy. You single-handedly turned a 1-star nightmare into a 5-star experience!

I've had my instant air fryer oven for about 3yrs. I've had a few different air fryers, but this has proved to be the best. Large capacity, rotisserie, three shelves. Having a door that opens out is a real advantage. Couldn't recommend it enough. Needs louder bleep though.

The company sells pretty good electric cookers however they rely on a secondary website for spare parts which is full of product pages that don't even have images of what they're selling. Just a bunch of product pages with only the part names to go by.

My instant pot started giving me problems but it was very quickly replaced by amazing set which did exactly the same thing and more. I'm so happy. Thank you!

Parts of the digital display on my Instant 5.7L Clearcook Pot stopped working, making it near impossible to read the temperature and time.
I called the very reputable company I always but my electricals from, who told me to email Instant the manufacturer as the airfryer was out of the stores warranty.
All I was asking for from Instant was if this was an inherent problem, so I could let the company I bought it from know and hope for their resolution, maybe a partial refund at best.
But to my surprise Instant delighted me with a response very quickly, to say I was to expect a brand new replacement in 2-5 working days…well they absolutely made my day!

Our Clearcook Odourerase airfryer is my favourite kitchen appliance😋

I contacted Instant Pot UK on 3 September 2026 about an issue with my air fryer. They replied on 4 September to say they’d send a replacement part, but that it was out of stock. Since then I’ve emailed them four times, on 22 September, 30 September, 9 October and 13 October, and haven’t had a single reply, not even an acknowledgement.

All we want is the replacement part so we can use the air fryer as we should. Ignoring emails is poor customer service, and it’s a shame because it reflects badly on the brand.

Could not survive without my instant pot. A large family with lots of sports and activities going on the ability to leave something in the slow cooker setting or if you forget giving it a pressure cook when you get home is invaluable. I even put my bread dough in to rise! Honestly couldn’t survive without it and the customer service is fantastic.

I finally received the replacement set, but both the inner pot and steamer are the wrong size. I’ve contacted you several times but still haven’t received a reply.

My model is INSTANT POT RICE COOKER + STEAMER 20 CUP / 5L.

The product quality is poor, and the customer service is even worse. I’ve never dealt with such an awful company before.

Please send me the correctly sized inner pot and steamer ASAP, and stop ignoring my messages!!!

I absolutely love my Instant pot! It’s so easy to use, and so easy to clean too. I also love the fact it’s stainless steel and makes a variety of food in half the time, including mixed vegetable rice, chicken, pasta’s and soups 😊

Unfortunately only has a 1 year warranty for the Instant Pot Duo Crisp, which does not inspire confidence that these products are high quality and built to last.

I had been emailing back and forth over the course of several months regarding an issue with my product (not sealing properly, despite me buying a replacement seal and a replacement lid), only for them to reveal months later that it was out of warranty and therefore they could offer no further help.

In future I will try find something that has an extended warranty, as I don’t want to be caught out buying new products every 1-2 years. This is very wasteful.

I have recently started using my new instant pot in a beautiful colour white, I am obsessed, it does everything I need it to do, it's so easy to clean and store, I meal prep alot so this instant pot is a life saver in my house, can't wait to make more recipes in this. Highly recommend.

I have an Instant Pot Classic 5.7 Multi Cooker and love to use it. It saves my cooking time, is easy to use and cooks the food well. It cooks stew type dishes in a very short time if you use the pressure cooker function! Other reviews have mentioned faulty displays but mine works fine.

Although the product works okay there is a fault that I discovered after a few weeks use. I reported the fault but the customer service is terrible and the issue is unresolved. This is my second Instant air fryer but it will be my last.

I contacted the company a couple of weeks ago, the light in my air fryer/oven stopped working and didn’t know how to replace it
I’d only had the oven since January and still under warranty. I contacted customer service they asked when and where I’d purchased it sent them all the details and received an email explaining they had arranged for a new oven to be delivered. I was pleasantly surprised as I assumed they were sending an engineer to fix it!!

If that isn’t a good service I don’t know what is. Once they had received the relevant information they arranged for the delivery.

I love the product and use it most days and by far the best one I’ve had, with customer service giving an excellent service feel in safe hands.

Poor and not fair policity.

I’m really pleased with the 3.8L Instant Pot 7-in-1 Multi Cooker. It’s compact I love that it can pressure cook, slow cook, sauté, steam, make yoghurt and more, all in one appliance.It’s easy to use, cooks food really well and is also simple to clean. I had also 5.7 litres one but I prefer this size which is perfect to cook food for four people.it’s also wide enough when you need to stir. Thank you for making life easier.

I bought an Instant 3.8 litre air frier 5 years ago which is still used at least once every day, sometimes twice. The time and temperature markings have worn away and the rubber mounts on the base do not stay in place. We are still with delighted with it and have introduced three other families to Instant.

I have 3instant pots. I recommend them to everyone.

Never received my order IP407343 from over a year ago. Raised with them but customer service was shocking and nothing was done. Money wasted and no help given. Package supposedly left downstairs in a communal stairwell. Absolutely shocking customer service.

I ordered some accessories and a replacement inner pot for £19.99. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong size so arranged a return. I returned it through my local post and packing shop. I made sure I put the correct return code and address on the parcel. I got a receipt for the parcel. Approximately 6 weeks later I realised I hadn't received my refund. I contacted the company explaining that I'd had no refund. The company replied asking for the tracking details. Unfortunately the receipt had faded so much it couldn't be read! And so no refund. £19.99 plus around £8 wasted. Not happy, I'll stick with amazon or ebay in future.
Update: I now have been refunded, thank you very much for refunding me. Much appreciated 👍
