I was not able to activate my eZIM card…
I was not able to activate my eZIM card through out my 2 weeks stay in Nigeria and had to spend a lot of money to stay connected.

Really happy with HelloRoam. Everything worked as expected, from messaging and Google Maps through to streaming without any issues. Easy to use, reliable and affordable. Would happily use them again when travelling.

We’re sorry for the confusion. We have checked your order and can confirm that you purchased a Sweden-only eSIM, not a Europe regional eSIM.
The eSIM is therefore designed to work only in Sweden and will not provide coverage in Denmark. To use mobile data in Denmark, you would need to purchase either a Denmark eSIM or a Europe regional eSIM that includes both countries.

Terrible experience

And yet they had the good Grace to ask me for a review so this is what you’re getting returned. Don’t use Hello Riam

Online chat, 24/7 false Send an email address, false WhatsApp, 6 hours to get a response And still have not received a refund Finally got a response on WhatsApp. Gave All my information and then nothing.
