Illegally holding funds, no details from support. Received funds from our client, then moved to this awful provider for payment. Refuse to refund, until their review is over which is illegal. Just scammers

I sent 131 USD in Litecoin to buy some AI tokens. The payment was immediately flagged as "blocked as part of an AML compliance check." I completed their survey, went through KYC verification, and submitted my ID. Still got no information by email.

When I messaged support, they demanded I prove the "source of funds." I explained the money came from a friend through my personal Exodus wallet, partly from swaps on Trocador. They then asked me to hand over private correspondence with my friend, including dates and context of the transfer. When I said I wasn't comfortable sharing private messages, they just told me to provide "any other available information" without specifying what that would even look like.

They kept repeating that this is a standard compliance procedure, but Heleket doesn't even have a registered, publicly disclosed legal entity. Demanding a full "source of funds" audit from a customer trying to spend 131 dollars, from a platform that can't even show its own legal registration, is ridiculous.

No refund, no real answers, just an endless loop of chat messages and surveys. I would not recommend this platform to anyone. If something goes wrong, they won't give your money back, they'll just keep asking for more and more personal information.

We have been cooperating with this project for about a year, and everything was excellent: support responded quickly, commissions were low, and there were no issues with deposits or withdrawals. But that was in the past.

Currently, the situation is as follows: after withdrawing cryptocurrency to this project, our funds were blocked on the grounds of "cryptocurrency money laundering." At the same time, our wallet is verified, we operate as a sole proprietorship (IP), and we pay taxes regularly. We provided the support service with all necessary screenshots and transaction hashes, confirming that the operations were conducted personally by us and are not related to fraud or money laundering.

Despite the fact that the last transfer amounted to $280, and all evidence of the legitimacy of the funds was sent, we only received generic responses and attempts to shift responsibility. No solutions, proposals, or clear answers have been provided by the platform.

Of course, it's up to you to decide whether to work with them or not, but we strongly do not recommend this project!

We've been using Heleket for a year. During this time there hasn't been a single complaint =)

Those spammer will keep contacting every company by live chat, opening ticket and every opportunity they can get to harass you. They don't understand "no" and they keep coming back.

I contacted the support team who made me do a KYC for 100$ and ask all questions of what I did to make the 100$ to which I shown that the money was from Binance. After completing the KYC, I heard nothing back it has been 4 days. I was banned from using the Live chat on my main IP, I wouldn't recommend this service for anyone as they will just hold your money under "aml" even after completing identity verification. I have contacted Binance and other platforms who are taking a look for me.

They lie about refunding your money. I paid the network fee they asked for but after promising a ten day payout, they just demanded more cash and locked my support ticket before resolving the issue. It has been a positive experience dealing with Market Integrity. I have never been charged a fee just to view my money or access my account and their support team is always available to help and honor their commitments.

UPDATE: Heleket has, *ONLY* since this public review, returned the funds in full. The below is the exact details of what happened prior to this resolution. I still urge future potential customers to proceed with caution and avoid trusting them with your $. I spent a lot of time background researching them in the meantime and there are a lot of red flags there. I would not recommend.

ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Heleket is currently operating a predatory advance-fee loop scam under the guise of manual asset recovery.

If you are an e-commerce merchant or an escrow platform considering their API integration, remove their gateway immediately to protect your clients.

My transaction was accidentally routed via the BASE network (EVM compatible) to a wallet under Heleket's absolute control. Their support team agreed to a manual asset recovery and demanded an upfront "refund transaction fee" to cover network costs. I paid this fee in full exactly as requested.

Following my payment, Heleket official support confirmed receipt, validated the transaction, and explicitly stated my refund was processing within a 10-working-day window.

Thereafter they requested another payment, I denied, and followed up via their platform directly. They again accepted the exact same transaction and restarted the 10-day clock. During this time, they closed my official platform dashboard ticket without resolution.

Once that deadline expired the second time, Heleket completely breached the agreement. They refused to provide a public blockchain transaction hash (TXID), (The money is still sitting in the wallet it was sent to). Immediately afterward, they deployed a fraudulent script rotation again: they completely ignored my verified payment and demanded a second, out-of-pocket fee in ETH, claiming the first payment was "the wrong coin." (I have verified proof that everything was sent correctly as requested)

When caught in this direct contradiction, they've since ghosted.

This platform uses minor user network errors as financial leverage to extract multiple fraudulent upfront fees while unlawfully withholding the principal assets. This case remains entirely unresolved. I will leave this review, and their wallet address (REDACTED) publicly posted on this forum until Heleket broadcasts the refund and posts the valid outbound blockchain transaction hash (TXID) in direct response to this file. If this is a legitimate technical delay and not a deliberate fee-loop trap, Heleket management needs to reply with the TXID immediately.

Still waiting for a refund. Scam company, stop using their service

Before purchasing a virtual card, I contacted support and asked whether the service I needed was supported. Their response was: "Yes, but cards with KYC verification are better." So I followed their advice, completed the KYC verification, issued a card, paid for the service, and was instantly banned.

I paid for Claude MAX 5X ($100). In the end, Claude support keeps redirecting me to the bank, saying that the refund request must be initiated there, while Heleket (now Mirocard) support simply keeps redirecting me back to Claude. At this point, they have stopped responding altogether.

No one is going to resolve this issue. I simply lost $100. I do not recommend using their services. It feels like a typical borderline scam service where, whenever the opportunity arises, they will keep your money.

I have found several other people who experienced the same problem. Some of them were able to receive refunds from Claude, but Heleket (Mirocard) claims there is no available balance for the refund. You get the idea.

I've attached screenshots of my latest conversation with support. This has been going on for over a week. Every day, they clear the chat history, and every day the process starts from the beginning:

The fact that I have already sent the same screenshot from Claude support countless times does not seem to matter to anyone.

The most absurd part is that I contacted support immediately when the problem occurred. At that time, the transaction status was "Pending," and it remained in that status for 2–3 days. During that period, support repeatedly told me to wait for a resolution, effectively just stalling for time.

Now they claim that the payment has already been completed and that nothing can be done because it can no longer be canceled. The whole situation is ridiculous.

Very disappointing experience with Heleket/Mirocard.

Their KYC system rejected a completely valid Saudi Arabia Resident ID (Iqama) without any proper explanation. The automated verification system clearly has issues recognizing Arabic documents, yet support keeps sending copy-paste responses instead of actually helping.

The worst part is the lack of responsibility and care from support. Even after explaining the issue multiple times and providing official government-issued documents, they continued responding with generic “wait 24 hours” messages while the account status already showed REJECTED.

This is not the first issue either. Their services have gone down multiple times before, cards stop working unexpectedly, systems become unstable, and users are left waiting with no proper communication or real solutions.

For a financial platform dealing with users’ funds and identity verification, this level of instability and poor support is unacceptable.

Scammers with different excuses — there are enough of those already in reviews; I see no point in multiplying that.
