I absolutely love the KOSINER 14K Solid Gold Classic Bead Flat Back Stud. It has a beautiful, timeless look and feels very well Madre. The solid gold is a great quality and the fla back design makes it comfortable to wear for extended periods without being irritating. The classic bead detail is simple and elegant. Overall, I’m very impressed with the quality, comfort, and beautiful finish. Excellent customer service and quick dispatch and arrival.

Got the KOSINER 14K Solid Gold Classic Bead Flat Back Stud in two different sizes in pairs. The earrings are delicate and beautiful, and I love that the backs are flat and screw in, as I had lost so many pairs of earrings from losing the backs of them whilst wearing (from fiddling with them). I have been wearing these 24/7 for 2 months now and have had no issues, they stay in, I shower with them in etc. and they are as perfect as they came so clearly, they are quality real gold earrings. Very happy, would buy from them again.

Great quality and customer service
The quality of the jewelry is great and the customer service is phenomenal! I ordered a set of earrings that were slightly too small for my ears and they were able to work with me to exchange it for the right size. Deceptive stone size
I have just receiced my order, I feel extremely deceived. The size of the stone is not what one would expect from the advertising. It is ridiculously small. It was intended as a present which I am now embarrassed to give. Very unethical. Advertising should be true to size clear declaration about actual measurements are essential. Very disappointing I could have purchased something far better at the local jewellery store. The packaging is excellent, actually way over the top for the minuscule product

I ordered a stud which I thought would have been a pair. The product was also smaller than what I thought it would be. When contacting customer service, they offered to rectify the situation which was great. I just wish the picture on their site would have shown a more an exact size.

Excellent Customer Service that wants to make things right.
I have ordered many earrings from Kosiner. So far I love them all. Yes some are smaller than I expected but still very nice. I do like that the earrings are light weight and the posts are the perfect size. The earrings are very comfortable to sleep in. I recently ordered a helix hoop earring that was so small, that I couldn’t believe it. I had followed the measurements yet it still didn’t fit. (I realized from a Piercer that I actually have more of a flat helix. I was told to measure from the hole to the outside of ear, then add extra for a good fit.) Customer Service was amazing. They got back to me very quickly. I was in a Panic and didn’t know what to do, thinking that Kosiner Jewelers would not help. This was not the case they were so helpful and offered me an amazing solution. I was completely satisfied and so happy.

Exceptional customer service! I bought one piece in the 8mm size. I looked at the size description and even compared it with my ruler, but I had imagined it differently from what I received. I didn’t expect it to be that big in reality, it’s different when you see it with your own eyes. So, I contacted customer service, and they could have said it's on me, size description is there, there's no returns for flat backs. Even though they listened and provided a solution to my problem very quickly. I’m very satisfied with this company and will definitely buy from them again.
