DHL ilmeisesti hukkasi paketin
DHL ilmeisesti hukkasi paketin, kun seurannan mukaan lähtenyt maasta yli 2 viikkoa sitten eikä sen jälkeen ole kuulunut mistään mitään. Asiakaspalvelu ”selvittää asiaa DHL kanssa”, mutta yli viikkoon ei ole siitäkään kuulunut mitään. Kuulemma krediittejä hyvitetty tilille, mutta eipä sitä uskalla uutta tilausta tehdä kun edellinenkin vielä teillä tietämättömillä. Muutan arvostelun positiiviseksi siinä kohtaa kun saan pakettini tai tilaus lähetetään minulle uudestaan.

Harhaanjohtavaa markkinointia ja sekava asiakaspalvelu
Hinnat suomalaisille asiakkaille ovat noin tuplaantuneet vuoden sisällä, muiden maiden asiakkaille huomattavasti edullisemmat hinnat. Toimitus yleensä noin viikko. Pari kertaa on puuttunut tuotteita, mutta nämä on hyvitetty nopeasti. Uusin tilaus jäi tulliin. Hyvistystä tulliin jääneistä tilauksista ei saa, mutta noin puolet tilauksen hinnasta tulee strore-creditteinä. Katsotaan miten jatkossa tulee perille. Erittäin hyvä palvelu silloin kun se toimii.
Muokkaus:
Myös uusin tilaus jäi tulliin. Tililleni lisättiin 10% tilauksien arvosta store creditteinä. Asiakaspalvelu oli sekavaa. Ensin store credittien määrä oli isompi, sitten sitä alennettiin.
Ehkä isoimpana ongelmana näen sen, että yritys markkinoi ja myy tuotteita suomenkielelellä ja suomalaiselle kohderyhmälle, mutta missään ei varoiteta selkeästi siitä, että tilaukset saattava jäädä tulliin, vaikka riski on todella suuri. Vaikka yritys kyllä kertoo toimitusehdoissaan, ettei vastaa tulliin jääneistä tuotteista, niin kuluttajan suuntaan täytyisi olla huomattavasti avoimempi ja kertoa tilausvaiheessa riskeistä. Varsinkin, kun tuotteita myydään suomenkielisillä sivuilla ja suomalaiselle kohderyhmälle. Tämän vuoksi 10% hyvitys store-credittien muodossa on aivan naurettava.
