If you have more time than money, and are not detail-oriented, then this is the site for you. I had to consult with an attorney, who identified several errors in the forms that were generated by divorce.com. I've had to spend hours (and still have to spend more time working with case mgmt to ensure that my visitation schedule is accurate). I do not recommend for families with children, based on my personal experience with this site, as it requires a level of detail that this site doesn't offer.

Some optoins in dropdowns are limited. For example, having the ability to continue joint ownership of a property would be good, but there is only husband and wife option.

Got the job done but absolutely not worth the money. I had a very straightforward divorce, so I thought using this service would be easier and cheaper than other options. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed and have no idea what I paid for beyond the initial questionnaire being a bit easier than filling out the forms myself. After the questionnaire, the filing service I paid extra for did nothing but add more time to my filing by adding extra days for mailing each way. The extra "checks" they did were not worth the extra hundreds I paid, and I regret not just filing it myself. And then when I had a question, the AI bot they had answering my query was not helpful at all. And then I used their Help Center for a quick question about my form and not only had to pay extra for this additional service after paying hundreds to Divorce.com thinking THEY would be helping with any filing questions, but I then got sucked into an additional membership that I did not realize was completely SEPARATE from Divorce.com and was charged $60/month for the rest of my divorce proceedings. Knowing now that I would have to use a completely different service to get simple questions answered about my forms, I have no idea what I paid Divorce.com hundreds of dollars for.

Its been over a year and I'm still having to deal with them because they kept sending my paperwork to my ex and vice versa. They refused to admit and correct their mistake until my ex sent pictures confirming they sent the incorrect paperwork. I've gotten packets that are missing forms. Reaching out to the case manager is practically impossible as you have to email, wait, and schedule a phone call. I regret not getting an attorney. This company sucks.

The ChatAI offered clear guidance and had great understanding of the questions asked. Very user friendly service that makes a jarring experience less stressful.
