This company is horrible!!! Unauthorized purchases on my account. Sent product anyways, inspite of me sending MANY EMAILS to CANCEL this before the product was even sent out. Same response from EMMA. NEVER AUTHORIZED to put me on some monthly subscription. I sent the product back!

I would give 0 if I could. Do not use this company. It is impossible to cancel. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for 2 months now and am stuck in a doom loop with their AI generated bot Emma who keeps repeating what I have said and telling me that a person is looking into it. This company is a scam.

I have not received anything from you.
I have been waiting for a long time .
When I get my order I will give you a review.

Been getting this poduct nonstop since June without ordering it, it is September. Useless AI customer service. Huge scam :(

If i could give a zero stars i deffinately would!
You ignored my cancellation request! You refused to give me a returns label when i asked to send your package back!
You refused to give me a full refund and went against all of your OWN returns policy to the point ive had to dispute it with the bank because your a ripping off company that preys on innocent people. You told me a billing team would be in touch with me and they never did and never had any intentions of doing so because you wanted to keep my money. YOU NEED SHUTTING DOWN!

They added another order to what I originally ordered without my permission never refunded my money back I had an allergic reaction to the drink and still have not received a refund and then a few weeks later they added another order without me even ordering anything at all and never refunded the money back they have horrible communication I do not recommend at all

This company is a scam. I planned to just try their product for 1 month only but they sent me another pack the following month and another pack on the third month. I didn't even apply for a subscription. I requested for a cancellation when the 2nd pack arrived through email . But they did not cancel my subscription but instead they sent me another pack. It ended me replying to almost more than 20 emails to an automated mail or AI. I need to contact my bank just to block this company. Please don't fall for this company. They're just taking money.

Whatever you do not use this company or buy there product.
I have been trying for 2months now to cancel my subscription and still they keep taking money why at the same time I not receiving the item which I dont want anyways.
Email many times and you just get the same email back everytime.

The product is impossible to cancel. I have sent over 50 emails to a clearly AI generated response with 0 success. DO NOT ORDER from this company as yo I will never be able to unsubscribe. Highly dissatisfied. I will have to close my bank account as well because I'm when I blocked them they changed billing info. Massive scam. I have been fighting with them since the 2nd shipment was sent.

This product made me sick. They keep sending me a 90 day supply every month. They refuse to take the item back, will not send shipping return labels or refund me. They automatically ship the items without permission. RUN AWAY DONT GET THIS. RATING - MILLIONS

I didn’t even want to give it one star. I have been telling this company to cancel my subscription since July 28,2026. And here it is a month later and they are still billing me. I’ve tried to go online and cancel but there’s nowhere for me to cancel it online. Something they say you can do. I wouldn’t tell anyone to buy this. If anything I would tell them that Alva Slim is nothing but a scam because they refuse to cancel your subscription when you tell them to with numerous emails

I would give this 0 star if I could. The drink itself did not do anything not even make me feel fuller so I requested my prescription to be cancelled and my money back guarantee they "adhere" too. They proceeded to take another further month's worth of money which means they owe me over £70.00 and I have been recieveing the same rubbish emails from them ever since. This is an absolute scam please do not trust these people yes the product arrives but if you habe to return and request your money back they ignore it. I am still fighting for my money back to this day.

Do not do it. Scammers at the finest right here. Have no idea you’re signing up for a subscription and they refuse to cancel it. Never got the first order when asked about it I’m told they will look into it. Don’t do it.

Place 1 order and without been told this becomes a monthly subscription for 3 months we’re.
Horrendous customer service, with auto generated responses that somebody is looking in to it, constantly chasing, cancelled further payments with my bank, but they continue to attempt to take money after been asked to stop.

Everybody saying its a scam subscription is correct, you can ask them however many times to cancel and/or refund you and they won't do it. I've been charged twice since asking them to stop so it's now being handled by my bank. Please do not order from this scam company! There's a reason they dont ask for reviews themselves :/

I tried to cancel my subscription multiple times and they did not. I reached out to their “help line” and they were not helpful in the slightest. I ended up having to cancel my credit card so that they are unable to charge it.

Please do not order from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering. Like a lot of other people here I ordered thinking it was a 1 off only to be told I’d signed up for a monthly subscription. After 2 orders I tried to cancel my subscription but got talked into pausing it for 6 months then guess what! Another monthly charge! Lots of emails back and fore then I contacted my bank to block anymore payments and thank god I did as they tried taking another payment out on Sunday!!! Total scammers!!!!!

Customer service is non existent. I told them I did not want them to continue the order and they refused to get me tot the correct people to get it canceled and sent anyway and charged my card and I had to go through my car to stop it. 0 out of 5 start. Absolutely would not recommend this company or product, it has done nothing. Its a scam subscription and they refuse to cancel the su subscription

This stuff doesn't work. I was charged for an order after cancelling my subscription. I emailed them several times they didn't get back to me until after the package was sent.
