Bait and switch
Bait and switch. Offered me a replacement apartment, which was 100 EUR a day cheaper. Wrote me "Please note that this change will be handled internally, so it will not appear directly on your booking channel. All future information and instructions will apply to the replacement apartment, and there will be no additional charges for this adjustment."
