Saul was awesome. I was sold this package thru a 3rd party distro under false pretenses, so walked into my install appt under one impression, when it was a completey new install/account. Saul was so patient with me, took the time to explain the differences between ADT and SimplySafe, the benefits, and gave me time/space to think. He made me feel super confident in the service and did a great job on the install.
