1. Option ein Gutschein über 30% des Kaufpreises.. aber ich würde dort ja nie wieder bestellen
2. Rücksendung, aber ich trage 10% Einlagerungskosten, zoll 18 Euro und Porto 50 Euro

FINGER WEG!!!!

Wir haben ein Kleid bestellt und es passt überhaupt nicht, obwohl wir alles genau gemessen haben. Von der Qualität möchte ich erst gar nicht anfangen, denn hier ist das Wort Qualität absolut fehl am Platz. Eine Retoure kann man sich auch sparen, denn man muss den Müll nach China schicken, und das auf eigene Kosten, plus Zoll. Unfassbar, einfach nur frech dieser Laden. Ich kann nur jedem raten, die Finger davon zu lassen. Ich denke, dass hier nicht eine positive Bewertung der Wahrheit entspricht. Und der Kundenservice ist auch ein Witz

Hotline ist man in der Warteschlange immer bei Nummer 300-500. Gibt man einen Rückruf an kommt auch nichts. Habe meine Rechnungen pünktlich per Echtzeit bezahlt, wurden aber scheinbar nicht verbucht und ich soll jetzt die mahngebühr zahlen..

Abzocke! Ware immer noch nicht versendet, am 2.12.24 bestellt und zum Glück über Klarna-Rechnung bestellt und somit noch nicht bezahlt. Das werde ich natürlich auch niemals tun. Falls die Ware doch noch ankommt, wird diese aus Prinzip zurückgeschickt. Diesem Shop schiebe ich kein Geld in den Rachen.

Ein Stern ist noch zu viel. Am 1.12.24 bestellt, seit dem 2.12.24 bei DHL elektronisch angekündigt. Auf E-Mails oder Kontaktformulare wird nicht reagiert.
