The return process for an item bought on razer.com for an EU customer is terrible. My return had two delivery attempts to the warehouse Razer provided the address for to return my order. The delivery attempts were on a weekday. Apparently Razer "do not have any direct control over the receiving of return shipments in their warehouse". The attempts to deliver were not successful and DHL even shows as "Delivery was refused". Not sure what that means.
This is just terrible and the return process all together with discussions and shipping will probably now take months all together,since the delivery will be shipped back to me and I will have to ship it again. Right now I'm not even sure the return of the product will ever be successful.

Nikotiinipussit.com myy purkkeja joiden parasta ennen päiväys on pahimmillaan viikon päästä (varmaan suoraan vanhentuneitakin), joka aiheuttaa mm. sen, että iso osa pusseista rikkoutuu ja niitä ei voi käyttää.
Lisäksi arvosteluja ei julkaista heidän omalla sivulla jos niissä on mitään negatiivista sanottavaa.
