The package came fast via ups, but there are no instructions how to make return using ups.
I have been asking from customer service how to make a return using ups and they just linked this: pack and take it to nearest service point. I asked again and they answered excactly the same. 🥴🤦🙄
Ups is not familiar to me, and i have no clue how to use it. I googled "zoovillage return ups" and found out that i should call them. It is impossible to make a pick up request with the info of the return label on ups website. When i called ups they made a pick up request but did not come. Today i called again and waiting for a new try.

On our website under "Returns" we ask you to return orders from us using the included return slip and then drop it off at a UPS Access Point. See the following link: https://fi.zoovillage.com/palautukset
