Ordering was easy. Delivery was extremely fast. Being elderly I couldn't fit the base on, but a friend came and did it. It's a brilliant product, extremely quiet and powerful. Really pleased with my purchase.u

The choice of cards was quite limited with too many humorous ones. I was looking for a sincere one with meaningful words. It was a good that I could personalize her name on the front.
.

The legs were quite difficult to fit tightly into the base and the adhesive pads were a poor fit.

He gave me plenty of time to get down a flight of stairs. Greeted me with a smile and handed my parcel to me. Very polite.

I ordered 2 of the cat calendars. The site was easy to navigate. I was kept informed of the progress. They arrived promptly by Royal Mail. They were very securely and safely packed. The calendars were absolutely brilliant, as were other items I've bought from Villager Jim.

Easy site to navigate. Ordering and payment very quick. Sadly the courier service leaves a lot to be desired.

Harvey replied very promptly and sent me a link to cancel the subscription and to prevent any further shipments. Well done and thank you Harvey. Had the previous person who replied to my earlier email had sent the cancellation link I would not be paying for and receiving something that will go straight into the trash can.

The delivery person rang the door bell, by the time I got down a flight of stairs the small package was on the inside door mat. Then immediately received a message saying it had been delivered through the letterbox. Brilliant service, kept me updated of delivery time etc.

The site was easy to navigate and payment was simple with PayPal. The product arrived quickly and was very easy to use. The only thing that could have been improved is if it came with a cover for storage as opposed to keeping it in the box.

The whole experience was great from start to finish. Places order by phone and Alan was really helpful, kept me informed and arranged for Joe to do the set up and connection of the TV.

Received a letter stating I was probably due a refund re car finance.
Like many others, I have never had a car and don't drive. Something should be done to stop these companies getting our details.

Very easy to order. Speedy delivery. No problems at all.

They were very polite and informative and completed the upgrade efficiently.

The ordering is trouble free
Delivery is amazingly fast.
My friends love receiving them and refer to them as the gift that keeps giving.
Would highly recommend them

The website was easy to navigate and delivery was good. I bought sheepskin heel protectors for an ulcerated ankle. However no matter how tight I have them they always come off during the night. If the velcro patch was longer maybe they would be a bit more secure.

The website was easy to navigate as was ordering and payment. Delivery was really fast. A great service from beginning to end.

The website was very easy to navigate. Payment was hassle free. Dispatch and delivery were trouble free. Will definitely use again

The easy use of the website to customise the chosen card as well as a fast and secure checkout.

The layout of the website is clear and easy to use.

Brilliant from start to finish. Website was easy to navigate. Secure checkout and payment process. Prompt delivery. Would certainly use them again and recommend to friends.
